It was Valentine’s Day so we knew it would be crowded and loud. So we were cool with that. However the food was not up to its usual standards. The lamb chops were under cooked and the sides were luke warm. We didn’t want to send it back but it was just too much going on and we didn’t want to wait too much longer. We love Maestro’s but will probably NEVER go on Valentine’s Day again.

I’ve been coming to Mastro’s for years and this experience was the first that I was not pleased with the food. The lobster mash and creamed spinach were bland and the lamb chops were over cooked. I assume the lackluster food was due to the business of Valentine’s Day.

The music was too loud. We couldn’t hear the waiter, and he couldn’t hear us. We were yelling at the table to each other as was everyone else. As we laughed about it with another family sitting next to us, it was really miserable experience and I would have rather eaten somewhere else. Just a bad experience for Valentines.

Music was a little loud. Brussel sprouts were bland. But service was top notch, and steak was outstanding. Wine list has a great variety and the one we chose was delicious.

My wife had the lamb chops. They looked like they were in the oven for days. SMH. Extremely dry with no flavor. They took them back and made another dish of chops but they had no flavor at all. She didn’t even eat them so that was a waste. I wanted her to have a good experience but that was not the case. I normally speak very highly of Mastro’s and eat here all the time but I don’t think I will return. I’m Highly disappointed with them 😟.

Very lovely time, celebrating a birthday. LK, our server, was on point with everything. Great food, great service....what more could I ask for!

Amazing experience at this location. Only thing that I felt was out of the ordinary, the butter cake should come with the birthday experience for the price that’s paid for the meal. The food was exceptional and the waiter gave amazing suggestions. Will definitely be back to try a tomahawk.

Booked for my birthday dinner and immediately seated but unfortunately after 30min no one too our drink or food orders. Requested to speak to the manager and him and his team came over and made it right. Drinks came fast as well as our appetizers and food shortly there after. Food was amazing! So although it was a stutter step in the beginning they made up for it and I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday!
