   Staff has an entitlement issue. We go to much nicer restaurants and get treated better.

   Very nice ambiance view of the Miami river however, terrible for their steak. Ordered the bone in prime rib which you would expect to be a nice cut of meat first they brought it to me and it was so over seasoned. I had to drink a whole glass of water after the first couple of bites I sent that back They sent me another one to medium rare same cut tough like a leather belt. I don’t understand how restaurant like that cannot use quality cuts of meat.

   Our waiters were very impersonal, we don’t even know their names. There was a server named Satrell that was very nice and made us feel like we mattered. He was very personable. The only food complaint that we have is that the mashed potatoes tasted like they were boxed. Definitely not worth $16. The crab cakes were amazing!

    Lovely restaurant with great views! There were only two of us dining on this night. Noticed if you have a larger party and higher check, you get better service. Found the staff at the hostess desk very unfriendly and condescending. If you don’t mind the attitudes, most of our food was very good but steak was put on a plate so hot that it continued to cook to well done by the time I got to eat the second half of it. Also, my sides got piping hot and difficult to eat. I could feel the heat of the dish and was warned not to touch it. I think they realized the steak would get overcooked and didn’t care to acknowledge it. We have been to other locations and had different experiences. Highlights were the red snapper and tomato with burata.
