    no complaints the gentleman that took care of us was amazing very attentive. I wish i remembered his name he gave us grade A service. We will be visiting again soon.

    Food was delicious! Music was very loud but Nick took care of it right away and we enjoyed our parents 48th wedding anniversary celebration. Highly recommend.

    First time at Mastro's. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations for the caliber of restaurant. I noted we were celebrating a special occasion. Our server, Sue, did not go above and beyond to make our visit memorable. She was low energy, we could barely hear her and her demeanor was not of a 5-Star experience. She did not make menu recommendations or check on us throughout our visit. I had to approach her to write a message on the dessert, and even when delivered, it was not made special. I received a call from Natalie the next day to check on our visit and I asked to speak a Manager to share our experience. She asked for details and said a manager would call me to follow up. It's been a few days and that has not happened. Positives: food was delicious, the lemon drop martinis lived up to the hype, the ambiance with live music was great and the view is beautiful!

    I had a wonderful and best time at this Mastros. Everything about the service staff and food was excellent. 5/5 in my book.
