I had a wonderful and best time at this Mastros. Everything about the service staff and food was excellent. 5/5 in my book.

Wow, what an exceptional dining experience! The food at Mastro’s Ocean Club in Miami was truly outstanding - every dish was expertly prepared, presented on plates heated to 400 degrees, and bursting with flavor. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. From the moment we walked in, we felt valued and cared for. The attention to detail was impressive & the drinks perfectly chilled and presented. The staff's knowledge and passion for the menu was evident as was their enthusiasm . We left feeling delighted and already planning our next visit. Five stars isn't enough - this restaurant deserves ten!"

The food was good , but not for the prices . The noise level inside the restaurant was hard to over look when it came to having a conversation. That was at a restaurant that was not up to full capacity . Maybe 30% capacity .

Our server Z was excellent. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. The live music was a beautiful added touch! Valet was friendly and fast. Everything was perfect for Father’s Day!

The service was terrible.. The waiter appeared only once and the second time was when I called him to clean and pickup all the dirty dishes on the table. The women that was assinting him she was worst. Trying to flirt with my husband and crossing in front of him many times. Touching him with her body my husband avoid her many times because she was very obvious. For this kind of restaurant you need a better quality of service. I understand that was a busy day but the behavior of this lady was really inadmissible.

Look forward to dining at Mastro's again, especially for special occasions! Tatiana, our waitstaff, was very attentive and all staff were accommodating! Food was flavorful/delish. Superb dining establishment!

Everything was amazingly delicious with impeccable service! Drinks were some of the best we’ve had. Seafood tower with caviar is a must!

The service was anemic, disinterested, ineffective and overall bad. The dirty plates from each course sat on our table way too long - even as we paid our bill the dessert plates remained uncleared. We had to ask for bread as soon as every table around us received their bread. We asked our waiter over 6 times for bread - we were finished with our appetizers before we saw the first bread of any kind. The food was not good - the chicken was over cooked, the Porterhouse was greasy and over cooked - 8 people in our party and no one really enjoyed their food. The entire meal was so slow we spent over 3 hours sitting and didn’t enjoy the food. Terrible!
