It was a little noisy but that was just because of some of the other parties that were present. However our server Dylan was beyond fantastic and made our night spectacular. We were there celebrating our one year anniversary and even though he had multiple tables with large parties he was still able provide excellent service!

The service was not very good. The restaurant felt a bit dirty and had a funky smell. I love Mastro's usually but will not return to their Malibu location.

Great experience service was exceptional. The ambiance was perfect. Everyone was very friendly and the was top tier.

The reason I gave only 3 stars was because we had to wait 1 hour to get seated even though we had a reservation. The hostesses and their manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. Luckily, our waiter, Arian, was top of the line. He was amazing and made up for the rudeness we encountered at the beginning of the birthday celebration dinner. Sad to say but I will never go there again.

Service was wonderful. We didn’t feel rushed . It is our 28 yr anniversary and we loved our time at Mastrose.

I would prefer the dining room instead of the patio. It’s more pleasant & quieter. The patio is too bright & the constant flow of staff opening the parking lot doors, loading & unloading supplies. It isn’t as pleasant as the main dining room & too close to the parking lot. The food was great the service was excellent.

Everything was flawless and amazing and every way I would say the food was not as good as I’m used to at Mastros, but I’m still giving it five stars overall because I’ve been to Mastro many times and it’s always so amazing!!

Went with my girlfriend for anniversary dinner and was very pleased with the food and service. Amazing view of the ocean on PCH. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

First, the manager on duty was awesome. I reserved for a party of 6 and we were initially given a window table. We greatly appreciated the location, but the table was squeezed between 2 other tables. There was no way 6 people could comfortably eat at that table. We asked to be moved to a table that offered more space and were quickly moved. Our server Brian was very nice, but not very attentive. Once the rest of the party arrived, Brian was no where to be found. After about 10 minutes a couple of people in our party went to the bar to order drinks. Brian eventually took our food orders. Everyone agreed that the food was okay at best. After getting our food our server did not return to our table for about 45 minutes. We had to ask other staff members for additional things, like more drinking water. We had to flag down another employee to find our server, so we could get our bill. The location of Mastro's Ocean Club is great, but $17 for valet parking and poor service will prevent my group from dining there again. Note, that this is not the first time we have received inadequate service at this location. I live in the Thousand Oaks area and the service at Mastro's Thousand Oaks is far and away superior.
