    Service was incredible, I think our servers name was Daniel. He talked through the menu with us and told us highlighted items. I had been here prior with a large group years ago, but this was our first personal experience. The server assistants really did it for me - they were there to clean the plates, table, serve and go above and beyond. Safe to say I was never low on water. My friends drink gave her heartburn after the first sip was was easily swapped out for something different. The food was good, tasted better with salt. I expected “mouth watering delicious” and it didn’t hit “oh my god” level. I think the service really won me over. The only thing that threw me off was we ordered Brussels sprouts and the server told us to add the bacon steak for extra flavor so we did, but that add on costed $15 when the Brussels sprouts were $14, so basically $30 for sprouts and the steak bacon was dryyyy and no flavor 😭 was not worth the add on Over all we left happy and satisfied 😌

    We reserve Mastros for special occasions. And every time they DO NOT disappoint. The special attention that is the mainstay of their waitstaff. You always feel like you are their only focus while you’re there dining. And do I even need to say anything about the food?! Top tier dishes - in taste, portion and presentation!

    Sides were a good, shareable/large portions. Everything is on the expensive side so you expect premium dishes, executed to perfection. This was not our experience, while our meals were still good there were some mishaps. The burrata and heirloom tomato salad was disappointing, the balsamic reduction was overcooked and left a burnt taste in our mouths. We were told the tomatoes were in season as well, which might be the case but the quality of the tomatoes were subpar. Some were really hard while others were mealy and watery. We also ordered the cauliflower which was good but nothing to rave about. I got the sea bass and thought it lacked flavor and excitement, under seasoned as well. All in all, we had a positive experience but for the money, we feel it was all overpriced. Best part of dinner was the butter cake, that did not miss the mark and was delicious!

    Great experience. The food was fantastic and the table service was excellent. Only complaint was we were seated about 20 mins after our reservation time.

    I’ll start with the positive: The food was amazing. We tried something other than steak this time: the lamb, crab legs, and shrimp cocktail (also two cocktails and a bottle of O’Shaugnessy Chardonnay). It was excellent. Also, our two servers were friendly and attentive, which made up for the next part, and the reason for the low stars: the long wait and lack of apology for it. Our reservation was for 7:00pm, and we were not get seated until 7:23pm. When we were seated, the table was not ready, meaning glassware and plates followed. The hostess never checked in on us during the wait; her only comment was to ask early on whether we were okay to sit in the bar (clearly no, because I had selected the standard room). There were no smiles, explanations, offers for a complimentary anything, or deductions from the bill. This was not in keeping with my expectations of City Hall, or my prior experiences. Too bad. Update: A manager called to apologize and offered to make this right. I appreciate the consideration and follow up.

     the food was great, as always. Our server – Lauren – why just outstanding. Knowledgeable, patient, efficient, humorous, and quick on the draw. Wonderful evening.
