Food is really good. Service is appalling. When we got seated at our table our server was nowhere to be found. It took several minutes for her to get to us and it was not even busy since the restaurant had just opened. We eventually order our appetizer but noticed that other tables were getting house bread except for us.Every table is served with house bread with the exception of our table. We’re the only asian dining at that time. I felt like we’re being discriminated . Michele paid more attention to the table next to us which was not even hers to begin with.One thing i really hate is when i get discriminated because of my ethnicity. Kudos to her with her wine knowledge. I’am a fine dining server myself.

We enjoyed a beautiful view while having a delicious dinner. Our server Manu was excellent. Our meal was pricey but worth it.

All of the staff is very friendly and pulled out all the stops to ensure my wife and I (we were celebrating our recent wedding) had a magical evening. The food was fantastic and the view was magnificent. The entire evening was amazing.

Don’t waste your money at hotel restaurants they are over price and the quality of food is certainly not worth it. I found a Mexican restaurant on fallsview avenue called taco tequila very good food and drinks. Massimos restaurant is heavily over priced and food is just mediocre quality.

We came in with great expectations as it was rated #1 Italian in the area but left disappointed. The service was excellent, the views fantastic, the local wines excellent but the food was disappointing. We started by splitting the bruschetta - frankly I've done better at home - small serving size with little toppings and the artichoke and olives were MIA. My wife enjoyed her Artic Char Fillet even though it was over seasoned with too much salt, she accompanied that with a nice Sauvignon Blanc - Chateau Des Charmes. I finished my rather bland Gnocchi Amatriciana with a nice glass of Colaneri Corposo. All told $270 CAD - there better value out there.

The waitress was very nice and friendly and her service was good. The food was ok but I did expect more given that it was over $250 for two people. We booked over a week in advance and requested a falls view but did not get it. I will honestly not return as the four of us could have spent $450 much differently.

Huge disappointment. Issue with the table as I requested one next to the window nine months prior. Then watched various tables next to the windows vacant for most of the night.. Food was very poor, one meal was cold and my pasta was so overcooked and the sauce was like glue I could not eat it. The cold dinner when replaced with a hot version was very ordinary to say the least. The price of everything was very expensive yet no automatic plate and cutlery change between starters and appetisers. No serving cutlery. Fine dining price without the fine dining experience. The waitress was lovely and worked very hard to keep a large dining area happy.

Wonderful experience, well worth taking a reservation by the window as the views of the falls is spectacular! Service is very attentive but not overbearing. The food is well done from a reasonable menu selection. This is well worth a visit when in Niagra Ontario.
