Matthew might have been the best server I’ve had in any experience. The food was light and fantastic. The view was the best.

Waiter was rude. The dining area was basically empty.The hostess sat us at a tiny table for 2, that was next to a pillar. When we moved the table slightly from the corner, the waiter forceable shoved it back towards my dinner companion. The food wasn't anything to write home about. Meals didnt come with bread or dinner salad. There were no seasoning on the table, nor was shaved cheese offered. I prefer to eat at my local Carrabbas, as their chicken parmasian is excellent and meal comes with bread, plus soup or salad.

Spectacular view. Fantastic service. Good size tables. Food selection a little limited, but the major disappointment was the temperature of my meal. There were two of us and one meal was pipping hot, while the other was only luke warm, almost cold in places. Very disappointing, but everything else about the night was fantastic.

Not sure why there are any negative reviews - This is a great place with a GREAT view, and the ambiance and food is very good. I would highly recommend. We dined here on Canada day and had a delicious meal & dessert and sat back and watched the summer fireworks at eye level. The view of the falls after dark is spectacular as well. The only drawback is the taxes on the hotel food here make the final bill pretty pricey.

When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly smile and seated immediately. At first they did not have a window seat but by the time we were about to order drinks drinks our friendly waitress was able to move us to a window seat. The bite of the falls is great from the restaurant. We ordered drinks and then our meals. The Cesar salad was very authentic and had real anchovies, highly recommend. My husband ordered the linguine with seafood which was light and creamy. I ordered the shrimp and pea carbonara pasta and would not recommend this dish. It was way too salty and the sauce overpowered the pasta and could not eat it. The waitress Debbie was amazing and she compensated us by not charging us for the dish. We also had the rustic garlic bread which was so good. We would rate this restaurant a 3 star.

Was able to book this restaurant with the best view of Niagara Fall at last minute(3hours ahead and able to see the fireworks at 10pm). We’ve got the window seats as per requested. Servicing and ambient was comfortable. The food overall was great. The octopus Appetizer and the garlic bread were the best. The main courses were a bit salty for us but maybe our routine dietary doesn’t have much salt.

The guy at Reception had bad was not welcoming, prices were unreasonably high (Poorly cooked Lamb Rack with 2 pieces was $80+), and was very loud inside. 1 good thing was that the waiters/waitresses & servers were nice, kind, & welcoming, however besides that- basically everything left a sour taste in our mouths, especially the $300.25 bill for pasta, 1 very meatloaf-like chicken, and 2 of the most burnt pieces of lamb in our mouths. Presentation was fine for the most part though.
