    We were very excited for this reservation, unfortunately it did not come close to being nearly what we expected. First of all, it is impossible to find the location, expect 20 minutes to park and find the restaurant in the center of the casino, hotel, arcade combo? So confusing and lack of signage everywhere. We finally get there and sit and the waiter was just very inexperienced and inattentive. I was hopeful when the food came; but true to the night, the waiter didn’t know what was on the charcuterie board and there was a lack of description on the menu- despite that, it was tasty. The waiter forgot our salad and it came with our entree. The entree that came while we were still eating our uncleared dishes from the appetizer. I ordered the Arctic Char that was completely underwhelming and overcooked. My husband had the chicken parm, that was decent. Overall, overpriced and undertrained staff for the level of quality they were trying to portray.

    We attended a special 5 course dinner with wine paring. It was fabulous, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience 😊 would do it again in a heartbeat.

    Overall the service felt a bit disorganized, the lighting in the space was a bit uneven and made it a bit hard to enjoy the space. The appetizers were mediocre (we had the octopus, garlic bread, and burrata). The octopus was just ok in our opinion, the garlic bread was basic as it didn’t really add anything special than your normal Texas toast bread, and the burrata felt like just a ball of cheese on a bed of salad—the dish overall was bland. Moving into the pasta dishes (rigatoni, cavatelli, linguine, carbonara) were actually pretty solid but definitely took close to an hour for the food to get to our table. Summary: skip the appetizers and go for the pasta. Servers were kind but just need to be more organized. Rating = 2/5

    The place and ambiance was good. The staff was also friendly, you could see the staff judged you a little bit but still they were polite and good. My suggestion is if you are a vegetarian please do not choose this place to eat at. I saw reviews that less option for vegetarians so I knew i wont have much options available and I was okay with it but the food that came was not at all good. Vegetarian food can also be made delicious rather than just adding some mushrooms or some salads or breads in the plate, I paid $130 for just breads, so a little disappointing on the food front...its good for non vegetarians, go ahead enjoy the view n food. The staff though upgraded us for falls view side table as it was empty and no reservations were there at that time. So thank u for it. My suggestion to the restaurant- its located at such a prime spot, you can add some veg items on the menu so that if someone is vegan or vegetarian they can enjoy it while they are spending so much.

    Our actual meal was very good; however, the service was poor. We realize our waitress was extremely busy but we felt overlooked. Was it because we only ordered wine by the glass and a beer ? We felt like those who ordered a bottle or bottles were well taken of. I had to wait and wait with an empty glass before I caught the waitress attention to get another. It was our anniversary dinner and did not get a window table. We would have waited the 10 minutes after our reservation to get one of several tables at the window which came available. The food was very good but overall not the dining experience we expected.

    Go for the view. The food is ok for a Sheraton but over priced. Think Reno or Laughlin. The rustic garlic bread was good, the Linguine Pescatore claims shrimp, scallops, calamari…the only identifiable seafood was a few pieces of shrimp and the crisp kale on top was off putting. The Rigatoni sauce was good. The chocolate gelato was not- it was ice cream with a very stale biscotti. The wine list was fair.

    Menu limited. Rigatoni and Shrimp Carbonara were average at best. Would not consider this a high quality Italian Restaurant, but nice view of the falls.

    the food is not tasty, it comes quite hard, high prices for what they offer. you pay for the view, very poor for an Italian restaurant!

    Tables small didn’t have reg un sweet ice tea! just wanted a refreshing non alcoholic drink so started off not great but my chicken parm was delicious and our server was great and very attentive
