    I would first like to start with the fact that they did not fulfill my request of reserving a Table near the windows when i requested specifically when i reserved a Table Month ago. And gave those table to other people who came after us even when those table were available when i walked in. Biased (racial)service . People who came after us got served their appetizers and mains before we even got our appetizers and all we ordered was garlic bread. Food was okay. The broccoli in the gnocchi was bitter .

    This is one of those restaurants that my husband and I used to go on every special occasion because the food was always amazing but this time around it wasn’t as great. My husband had the steak which was mediocre at best. I had the linguine which again wasn’t the best. I’m not sure if we came on a bad night for them or is this the new norm? Overall, it wasn’t worth the price for us.

    The food options were a bit limited and felt a bit one dimensional. The food though not bad was pretty standard as any other regular Italian restaurant. Nothing really stands out. The view is spectacular and that's why the price, but the food can improve. The staff was super friendly and we got a nice surprise for my wife's birthday, so thank you for that. Great ambience, fantastic views, friendly staff, average food.

    Celebrating my birthday at Massimo’s was fantastic. From being seated until the final bill, the service was lovely. The food was amazing. We will be back!

    I don’t mind paying high prices for good food but the food here was extremely subpar, menu was very limited as well. Service was excellent though!

    Reservations at 545 to get the early bird 3 course fixed meal. We made a big deal that we were going to a really nice dinner with our teenage son. Say that they no longer do the 3 course meal. Still on the website and on board in front of the restaurant. The menu was VERY limited. The "view" of the falls might have been nice but with the lights in the restaurant you can't see outside. It's a long rectangular space. We were by the open doorway where we walked in. . .think a mall and you are walking into a store. So the ambience included lots of people walking past. The food was ok. Portions were just enough. I had a caprese salad and the tomatoes were off season bland. You don't walk away thinking this was a great meal. 150C for 2 meals, 1 salad and 1 soda. If it wasn't for my teenage son being excited we would have, should have left. I felt we were bait and switched.

    I purchased the 25$ guaranteed table by the window. the restaurant was empty so it was honestly a waste of money to do that. service was poor due to lack of staff working. i waited a significantly long time to be greeted at the entrance to the extent that it made me wonder if anyone was working. pasta was too el-dente, lamb was not the best I have ever had to be honest. The highlight of the dinner was the tomato basle soup which was incredible.
