    Very disappointed in the food. The portion of fish was really small and the chips were overcooked. For the price and the establishment I expected far better. First time I’ve seen a service charge then a bit for a tip. If I wanted to pay a service charge I would give a tip. One of the worst meals I’ve had anywhere

    I ate here twice while staying in the hotel. The food is good and the people are nice.

    Long waits for food, very expensive for what it was. Not sure why the buffet for kids was free for under 5 but not for all children. Waiters were very polite but everything seemed disorganised. Asked for my burger to be well done to be told that's not an option. The burger came pink, I hate pink meat!

    We ordered our main meals, no starters and waited for over 20 minutes for our food to arrive. the table next to us had starters and mains delivered in the meantime even though they ordered after us. My wife had the salmon and Noodles which were luke warm, and the curry to accompany my fish and chips was inedible. The sticky toffee pudding was microwaved which came piping hot on the edges but was stone cold on the middle and it was dry. My wife returned hers it was so bad. Overall a very bad experience for the money charged.

    I have been eagerly waiting for this review as I wanted to say something at the time but I didn't because I'm not a confrontational person however I was disgusted with the pre conception the staff had of me from the beginning, they judged me based on stereotypes and requested I pay for my meal in advance which I found unusual as nobody else was asked to. When I questioned such they said it was because I wasn't staying at the hotel but why should that matter as I booked a table at restaurant alone, as I was flying abroad alone early the following day and was intrigued by the menu. This is exactly what is wrong with society today, I am a British person in a British restaurant run by foreign people who dare to question my integrity, shall not be returning this will be highlighted on social media upon my return to my homeland
