I drive about 30 miles to come here and am pleased I make the trip each time. Well worth the journey. Great food, great ambiance, great service, can’t ask for more!

Excellent table service, food was outstanding. Probably the best Indian food we have ever eaten. Ali our server was very helpful. Would love to visit again soon.

We eventually changed our table to 8 and as we were running late due to late arrival of taxis we called to say we would be 15 - 20 minutes late. They said this would not be a problem. When we arrived we were told that we were late and the table had been given to someone else. We explained the situation and eventually a table was found for us grudgingly. As we sat down the Manager/ owner told us he had important guests arriving 1 hour and 40 minutes later and we would have to leave by then. My wife and I were entertaining out of town guests so this whole episode was embarrassing. As always the food was good but we will think twice about coming back or recommending it to friends.

We visited as a group of 8 for the Wednesday banquet night. We had an enjoyable time, however, this had the potential to be not what we thought. I have visited for the banquet night before, told all my friends and returned for my birthday celebration. The staff were reluctant to give us the banquet menu, after asking 3 members of staff we then did get the menu, but we were told they do not usually give it to groups, it says no where on their website or the banquet offer that this is not redeemable as a group, so this felt misleading. Thankfully, the staff did allow us to have that offer and menu, but again were reluctant to allow us to order a side too, which just felt unwelcoming. I have visited Masala city around 7 times and always been welcomed and felt a valued customer, so this was a very different experience and I think it would be a shame for others to also have this experience. I still recommend masala city but check before you book for a group on banquet night!

What a lovely place for a curry, been there quite a bit, but this time had over half hour wait when we had already booked a table they were very accommodating and gave us a free round of drinks, staff are very friendly and always give good advice on dishes your not sure off, other than waiting for a table I would highly recommend masala city

Indian food is amongst my favourite food. so have a lot of experience good and bad This restaurant is approx 30 miles 40mins from my home but well worth the trip. we have been 3 times now and everything is consistently excellent. cant pick any faults really other than the male toilet is small...
