   Food was exceptionally overpriced. Wait staff were poorly trained…fancy name, great store buildout, but the food was terrible

   The service was stellar. Also get Coke, it’s the freshest coke I’ve ever had. The food was amazing and they keep adding new foods!

   Our server was great! She kept checking on us. The bar tender took forever to get our drinks regardless of the server constantly reminding him. The manager was great too checking on everyone. Both plates we ordered came out super dry and wasn’t great! Both meals were overpriced.

   Overall it was a good experience. Service was great, especially the bartender who didn't have exactly what I was looking for but went out of his way to create something I would like. Service was great. Food was good and I have no complaints but my impression was a fast food menu in an upscale setting. Great place for good drinks and a light dinner. I would go back.

   I had made reservations for 7:15. People getting there after us were getting their food before us. I understand it was busy but the attention was not there.

   Had a horrible experience this valentine's.I made a reservation on 02/08/2025 for 02/14/2025 @7. Got there 5 minutes early, and there's a line for reservations. Ok, it's valentines. We're all waiting over 30 minutes to be seated. People at the tables told us they're leaving due to not being served for over an hour. We finally get seated and 10 minutes later, able to order drinks. 30 minutes go by and nothing. Lo and behold an hour later people who were seated after us were served their food. Waitress tells us they lost her ticket. Honestly, I don't know what to think at this point, she served them, too, but they got theirs. We're about to leave after waiting a little while longer because we can't get reservations anywhere else at this point it's almost 9pm. The waitress brings some food. It's my wife's side serving of birria tacos (i know it's crispy, but it was burnt) and my salmon dish. We still had to wait for my wife's main dish and my birria quesidillia's. My salmon was overcooked and only served with a banana leaf and cheese sauce under it. The waitress offered my salmon plate for free, I looked at their website and Google photos, and this is not how the salmon is supposed to be served. We decide to leave. We pay for the drinks. The next day, they charged us for more than we paid. I honestly was looking forward to this meal, but we'll never go to Mas fuego ever again! Horrible service and unethical business.

   Made reservations for 18, weeks ago. Restaurant was not ready when we arrived, despite being one of 3 other parties in the restaurant at opening. Waitress was great and very accommodating! She was the highlight of the luncheon. The management was also transitioning to a new menu, but did not have a lot of the things we wanted, so we still had to order from the old menu.

    Food was ok. Our server had a hard time making any change requests to meals due to management but allowing substitutions. Not allowed to have mixed variety of tacos, which is weird. Drink was great. Guac was yummy. Habanero salsa from the 3 salsas was delicious. Wasn't a huge fan of the other 2 salsas. Salmon was good. Portions were big.
