Martorano's Prime combines exceptional food, music and movie entertainment to create the most unique & lively dining experience. Get a taste of our original Italian-American dishes such as made to order Warm Mozzarella or the Famous Homemade Meatball which Gourmet Magazine voted "Best in the World." Our signature is a 16oz Prime New York Strip Martorano with hot & sweet peppers, sharp provolone cheese.

Join us Sunday through Thursday for a comfortable relaxing restaurant atmosphere. Friday and Saturday nights after 9pm and have our DJ take you on an audio and visual ride spinning everything from 90 R&B, Hip-Hop to Disco accompanied by scenes from Steve's favorite movies.

*Must be 21 to enter Rivers Casino.

Food was great. Service was not that great. Our waiter was more into talking to coworkers than waiting on us. This restaurant used to be managed better when Jeffery was there.

Everything was great except we felt a little rushed. I hate when my entree comes out before I’m even done with the appetizer. We told our server we don’t enjoy being rushed and the entrees were delivered before we were half way done with the appetizers…other than that the food was wonderful

So I have been to this restaurant many of times and I have had thee absolute best experiences. But.. last night I had the Filet Sinatra as I always do. We finished our meals and left. Shortly after eating my meal I had to go to the restroom nonstop. My stomach was in so much pain.. My friend felt fine though. I was perfectly ok when I got there but as I was eating my Filet I knew something was not completely normal but thought I was simply overreacting. I finish 3/4 of my steak and my stomach began to rumble. The rest is history.. I was up all night in my bathroom. My reasoning for posting this is in case others had any similar issues after having the Filet Sinatra last night. But I must note that our service was OUTSTANDING as always! Our servers were very attentive and fun!

Martorano’s is an exquisite and the best restaurant in Pittsburgh. Matt runs the restaurant like a finely oiled machine, always making sure all guests are well taken care of. Our servers Ashley, Arden, and Brittany took turns pampering us during our dinner, providing exceptional service. The food is off the charts, with each dish masterfully curated and exceptionally delicious. Greg and Shawn always visit our table, greeting us warmly and making us feel welcome and appreciated. We are never disappointed! We love Martorano’s!

As far as noise level, we may have been the loudest with 9 of us 😘 excellent cuisine and ambiance and very nice to sit in front of the kitchen window too! Omg the best Caesar salad and croutons ever, it was huge and i love having kale with Romaine greens...i could have made a meal on that salad and i even shared it! The pasta is perfectly cooked how pasta should be! I love it the Italian way...penne cognac was delightful just the amount of spicy crème sauce over that penne...i still have leftovers and the service was out of this world...off the charts excellent...give those servers a raise! We did! 🇺🇸🙏🏽🇮🇹❣️ made my dad's 80th bday celebration wonderful with that exquisite strawberry shortcake and the sparkler was very festive 🥳🎂🎈🎊🎁grazie tutti!

The food was tastefully prepared but overpriced. The waitstaff was attentive. There was an abundance of empty tables for a Friday night meal, yet the noise level was high. This was a repeat visit and I am slightly disappointed due to the pricing.

Martorano’s restaurant is fabulous, without a doubt the best restaurant in Pittsburgh. Brittany was a superb waitress, attentive and friendly. Shawn and Greg always stopped by to say hello, making us feel like family. Matt, the manager, runs the restaurant amazingly well. The exceptional service and warm atmosphere make every visit memorable. Highly recommended!
