The service was excellent. The filet mignon delicious and cooked perfectly.

Very disappointed. Soup and two courses had to be returned to be heated. Plus halibut was very tough and fishy tasting.

Reserved more than a week ahead for seven people on upper outdoor patio purposely for the view of the lake. At minimum we wanted a view through the large glass windows on the sunny day. Upon entry, we asked the unfriendly hostess if the patio was in fact open due to winds. She did not offer to take us to the patio to decide and all windows had black out blinds so we couldn’t see outside to judge. She very rudely stated you may sit outside if you want but it will be in the lower patio not the upper as we booked. She further stated that if you elect to go outside then change your minds I won’t re-seat you indoors as we have other large bookings. At that point we had to take a table in the darkened dining area with no view or go elsewhere. We were taken aback by her attitude but took an indoor table and were left unattended for awhile. We were eventually attended to by our server Josh who salvaged the visit with his excellent service. All drinks and food came out promptly and correctly with everyone enjoying their meals. We noted that the restaurant remained mostly empty throughout our visit between 4-6 so clearly lack of tables was not a factor and the hostess was just unwilling to make any effort on our behalf. An offer to open even a single window blind would have been nice. We know it’s hot in Arizona and darkness helps with the heat but this was a 75 degree day and most are there for the sun and view not darkened cavern. This was not our first visit and our earlier experience was also marred by a cranky hostess. My only other take away was automatic 20% gratuity added with suggestion to add further tip.

We were a party of nine and our waiter, Joshua, was great with getting all our orders correct and delivered in good time. All enjoyed their food and drinks! The atmosphere was nice and peaceful and we could hear each other talk all the way down to the end of the table. We were celebrating a birthday and they brought out a nice dessert for his celebration.

We had a wonderful dinner. My wife had the Pad Thai and I had the salmon. The Pad Thai was a little spicy but very good. The salmon was excellent! Our server Josh was fantastic. He really knows what he is doing. Really enjoyed our dinner and it was nice and quiet for a Sunday night.

Brought my wife for our 4 year anniversary and after we were seated, waited 20 minutes before anyone greeted us . It was not busy either . Had a server look our way, walk up to the host stand and then finally greet us advising the host hadn’t assigned our table . We decided to leave at that point . Expecting a high end restaurant with high end service, this wasn’t the case .

Have to say was not impressed at all. Meal was fair at best, ordered my ribeye medium rare and it was medium plus. Ceaser salad was good. Waitress was attentive but support staff was poor, our appetizer and salad plates were not removed before our dinner arrived. I have been here in the past and this was the worst meal I had received.

We ended up getting a late reservation at 9:15 pm in one of their large booths was very spacious and comfortable for 5 people, the bar and bar lounge area was in full effect, the music was a little loud for dinner but we were the last ones served for dinner, so I understand why. We started out by ordering drinks and appetizers the chocolate Martini's were absolutely delicious as was the bacon wrapped dates and stuffed mushrooms. We ordered the ribeye steaks mashed potatoes and chefs special vegetables which also comes with bread and house salads everything delicious as always. The service was incredible they were very attentive even at the end of dinner service. Overall a very great experience and incredible dinner. If ever in Havasu lake by the bridge stop in, you won't regret it. They also have an amazing happy hour with great drink and appetizer specials.
