                  Our table was pretty crappy. We had a reservation for 2 and I’m sure there weren’t a lot of options but it was right next to the stand where servers print their checks, get the silverware etc. In fact, we were close enough to have done those very things ourselves. Our server was very nice and the food was excellent which was probably more important. Just hated our seating. Very uncomfortable to sit at the banquet bench which was very deep and had no pillows to lean on. Had to sit up straight with no support for the time we were there.

                  Our pre-theater dinner at Marseille was great. The portions were not large, but certainly adequate and very delicious. I absolutely love their edamame hummus appetizer. Our waiter was very attentive and sensitive to our time constraints.

                  Oysters were great. Onion soup lacked flavor, just mediocre, couscous also mediocre. Staff seemed to have forgotten us after we ordered wine. Had to stop a waitperson and ask for service. Explanation was that there was a shift change. Didn't seem to affect the other tables around us who had arrived after us. Really a big disappointment as we had so looked forward to enjoy a good dinner. Will not recommend and will not return.

                  Staff very accommodating and food is always good.. I was with a group of 9 and our waitstaff was wonderful. I always recommend.

                  When our entrees arrived before several of our appetizers, we notified the runner. A manager happened to ask how things were going and we let him know. Our server never came by to apologize. He also never checked on us from the time we got our appetizers until we finished our entrees. He finally appeared to offer us dessert. Then, he was gone again and we had to flag him down to get the check. At least one person at our table is a server and indicated that when an error like that occurs, that’s when you overcompensate after apologizing and even offering something such as dessert on the house. The food was excellent but the service was not.

                  We come here for Brunch each time we visit manhattan. Love this place the pain Perdue was wonderfully soft inside and crusty on outside. Crab salad with Fennell is cool and nice

                  Always a treat. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The perfect table! The happy hour oysters were delicious! Our party of four each enjoyed the main courses, a combination of standards, classics and specials.
