Maroush at Park Royal

Sharing, generosity and hospitality are the hallmarks of Lebanese culture. Food is a celebration of life: Endless varieties and magical tastes…it is healthy and naturally prepared. It all comes together at mealtime, the time for a family get-together and the time for friends to catch up. It is the perfect setting too for closing that business deal.

At Maroush, our food and service reflect these traditions.
From that first restaurant, we now have sixteen. These include more formal dining at Maroush Gardens, live entertainment in a more relaxed atmosphere at both Maroush Vere Street and Maroush I, while at Ranoush Juice we offer freshly squeezed natural juice to accompany our food–this is now available at most of our restaurants. More recently, we have launched Maroush Bakehouse, where our customers can get freshly baked artisan and Lebanese bread, sweets and cakes along with our traditional Lebanese fare.

We celebrated a birthday and everyone from our booking speaks highly of the service, and how the accommodating the staff are. The food arrives in a timely manner, and much of the food arrived together despite our large booking of 15 people. The payment system is simple and efficient.

It's the most dreadful of any food that I've had in London for 30 years. Whether it was because it was Sunday lunchtime or the waiting staff don't care come out but really this is the worst food I've really had in any of the different branches of this restaurant change. The waitress finally admitted that the bread was old and could not be reheated otherwise it would become hard! Why serve bread when it's old? And the meat dishes work predominantly reheated and chewy. We ended up not bothering eating most of it and just a salads and left. This place needs to be revamped. There are better Lebanese restaurants close by in the Park Royal area which was seemingly for as we drove away from this empty restaurant. Maybe it's been designed just for home delivery of poor quality product.

Great experience - a seemingly odd location for such a great restaurant but it is local for me so I am very happy. A great layout - open air or indoor options. It’s a buzzy place with live music some days. Friendly and helpful staff and the food is a level above other offerings. Maroush is a great brand - consistent & offers value for money.

Service is very slow we were seated for over 45 min before we even got the menu. Food price was so over priced mix grill is literally 3 small skewers for £20. Food was ontime. The atmosphere was nice live music. Parking is terrible i spent 15 min to find a space because restaurant parking has literally 15 spaces.

Went there in Ramadan for Iftar. We served food 1 hour later though it was not busy and we were there 25 min before Iftar time. There was one waiter working so hard while others just hanging around. Food served very late, and we had to wait for cutleries. The food is good but service is terrible. They must be more organised

Absolutely dreadful. Had a booking for a large party. Got tricked into having the iftar menu. At no point from making the reservation on OpenTable were we informed that the only menu available was the Iftar Menu. Having driven over an hour accompanied by children who were fasting we had no choice but to stay and pay the £35 per person charge. Food was merely OK, service non existent. The manager was patronising to say the least. The restaurant smelt like a sewer. Horrible Horrible experience

We did not know about Ramadan set menu and were disappointed that we couldnt order a la carte until after 7pm. The service was not very attentive. A bit disappointing
