Marmo, meaning “Marble” in Italian, will feature fresh hand-rolled pastas, house-made charcuterie, and hand-cut prime steaks. To complement the food menu, Marmo will boast an impressive wine list, with selections from all around the world spotlighted by wines from Italian regions. The bar and lounge will include a baby grand piano where a rotation of Houston’s best singers will perform nightly.

Happy Hour is offered daily from 3pm-6pm, on a first-come first-served basis, and is available at our bar, high top tables, and patio. (Please note that we do not accept reservation for our Happy Hour)

    Great experience. Our waitress, Valerie, went above and beyond…from food suggestions to warm personality to timeliness. Best service we have had in a long time. Just an overall nice evening.

    Had dinner here with my wife and friends. This is an outstanding restaurant. The service was exceptional, the food was very well prepared and the drink/spirits options were plentiful. The ambiance could be a bit more ‘intimate,’ but the noise levels were acceptable and distance between seating areas was reasonable. I felt the pricing was just very slightly high, but, overall a very good experience which I would recommend.

    We spent our dinner here on Valentine’s Day. To get seated wasn’t that bad overall. But we got seated and our server took a long time to get to us. Got the drinks ordered and the free bubble bottle and took 30mins for that. He told us several times that he was going to bring bread. Took about a hour to get the bread. The courses for the menu took about 30 mins-45mins for each to come out. And then the desert part they didn’t have any of the deserts they offered. They offered us the gelato and sorbet and we were like what? We’re spending $500 for gelato and sorbet dessert. And on top of that he didn’t even tell us they were out of the deserts he just offered it like that. We didn’t even bother to get the deserts. At this point we had spent about close to 3 hours just bothered and bored by everything coming out so slow. The food was good overall and came out hot and good. But the service and server very poor quaality.

    Valentines Day is probably not a fair time to judge when trying a new restaurant. However, we felt the food was bland and would probably be bland on a regular night. One mention is that the tiramisu was good. Nothing special or inspired here. Regardless of the insane crowd, it was apparent the waitstaff was not trained to check if everything was correct after being served. Instead he just walked right past us. This is especially necessary after being served a steak or any dish that is customized to taste. At the end the manager asked how everything was, but what can you say at that point?

    Valentine's Day dinner was a terrible disappointment. The only reservation we could get was at 4:30 however, it took about three hours to receive our four courses from the fixed menu. While that works in Europe, we are not used to that kind of wait here in the US. Plus, when we finally received our dishes, they were mostly cold and we didn't dare send them aback for fear we'd never see them again! The table placements were jam packed for maximum capacity so that my partner was getting knocked into all night and the room was freezing. One of the managers did notice us heating pieces of our food over the candle on the table and came over to apologize and offered us an after dinner drink which was nice. Although our waiter seemed not to notice anything. We never received bread or a rose they were handing out. We watched people come in the door for their table and wait for long periods of time and we watched people get up and leave. It was a mess. It was our first time there and we were really looking forward to eating there. To have a holiday disrupted in this way was disappointing and for the price we paid, we will not be returning.

    Valentine’s Day Dinner was a total disappointment. The food that they served was actually so bad the couple sitting to my left and right and our table shared a common bond of just absolute shock and dissatisfaction of what the kitchen was serving us. Food had gone back from each table including my own. I personally did not drink any mixed drinks but it appeared to be the only thing the others enjoyed. For the price and seemingly high potential atmosphere I would have expected nothing but the best. Unfortunately my date and the dates next to us ended our meals in disappointment ready to just pay and get out of there. I personally would not come back here.
