The food was wonderful, everyone enjoyed their dinners and the staff was very attentive. The only thing is that we were only offered bottled water. Generally restaurants will ask if you prefer tap or bottled. We were only offered Poland Spring water at $5 per bottle and when the water glasses were empty another bottle was brought over and poured.

The food was good however we waited over an hour for our appetizer. Had to ask twice and we were going to leave when it finally arrived. Mains came shortly afterwards. Server did not come back to check on us. Probably won’t go back.

The food is delicious. Especially the Baba Ganosh and the Hummus. We went twice in one week.

The food was delicious. . We ordered seafood and meat. Everything was cooked perfectly. Would like to see a few more veg entree options. We'll be back.

The lamb shank is wonderful ( my favorite) Our servers were attentive and helpful in selecting our meals Very relaxing, not rushed at all. Our first time here and we will be back!

What a wonderful dinner we had! The ambiance the food and the service were outstanding! The staff could not do enough for us. Food was amazing! We will be back!

Wanted Mediterranean food and found this place in the Freehold Mall - it was outstanding. We had the Hummus appetizer - delicious! They brought out bread (looked inflated and was light) & olives. I had the Baby Lamb Chops served with salad & rice, my guest had the sautéed Shrimp served with a side of rice. The Shrimp looked like it was Parmesan style however tasted delicious! We were too stuffed for dessert however tried the hot Turkish Tea (delicious). We ordered the soup special to go (chicken soup) also very good. The Servers (Baris D) were attentive and very helpful with menu choices. Definitely going back!

Marmara is a gem located in the Freehold Raceway Mall. The food and the service are superb . Real homecooked flavor.

This is my new favorite restaurant. This was my second time here in 2 weeks and I can not say enough good things about this place. Not only is the food absolute amazing, and the environment is very tranquil/classy/cultured, but the cherry on top is truly the service that's provided here. Both times that I've been here I've had Baran Y as my server. He was so attentive, friendly, and professional. I don't think I've come across a better server. I had my 4 year old with me and he literally treated her like she was a princess (even referring to her as such). He made the experience so much better, which says a lot going to a fancy restaurant with a toddler! I can not recommend this place enough. We tried the app sampler the mixed kabab platter and chicken kabab platter and the food was out of this world. I 100% will be back here as often as possible and will be requesting Baran each time.
