At Marlow we specialize in artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza, as well as locally sourced meats and vegetables. Our menu, space, and offerings change seasonally. We aim to bring you modern yet rustic meals to be shared. Chef/Owner Jeff Scheer and wife Kaili, have always loved to entertain at their home in Kula. The concept for the restaurant is an extension of that warm hospitality felt while sharing good food and wine around a table of family and friends. When the restaurant industry shut down in March of 2020, the pair began making sourdough pizza out of their outdoor oven at home. Milling whole wheat berries from a farm in Arizona, hand stretching mozzarella, whole-animal butchery, growing artichokes and summer squash for toppings - it was a true labor of love. What began as a ritual has grown into a restaurant. We look forward to seeing you at Marlow soon.

Chef de cuisine : Jeff Scheer

Chef Jeff Scheer and his family started slinging sourdough pizza out of their backyard during the pandemic, before opening their first restaurant. Locals keep coming back for the simply excellent Neapolitan-style pies, fresh pappardelle, and woodfired veggies, all a labor of love that earned Scheer a James Beard nom for Best Chef in the region. It’s an open pizza kitchen decked out in black tiles and white marble, so you can watch the pies shuttling into the oven.

Eat there all the time love it! However the last 2 times pizza needed to set more or something . All the Ingredients fell off when you pick up a piece! Service wasn’t as good as usual this time.

A lovely dinner as always. Service was timely and welcoming. Food was coursed out nicely. Chef’s Day Off is great cocktail. Keep it on the menu! Mahalo

New modern Italian restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff, clean upscale dining room, great food. We had the meatball appetizer, and shared the paperdellé and a pizza. The meatball was giant and perfectly cooked. The pasta was fresh and full of flavor. The pizza was perfectly baked and the sourdough crust is fantastic. Gelato for dessert was excellent!

The best pizza on the island - hands down. Meatball appetizer - yum. Salsa with roasted octopus- outstanding! Great service, too!

The meatballs and salad were great! Honestly, didn't love the pizzas.....the olive oil ice cream is a must! The Old Fashioned was one of the best I've had, and I actually prefer wine. Super cute place, just super loud.

Food was fantastic. Service was great! Prices are a little high, but I’m always willing to pay for quality. Ice tea should have free refills. At least one. Getting the bill and seeing two charges for tea, when I thought I was getting a refill was a little of a shocker. It was really tasty tea, just didn’t realize I’d be charged for something that is normally free. Otherwise overall a great experience. We’ll be back to try other things on the menu.
