At Marlow we specialize in artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza, as well as locally sourced meats and vegetables. Our menu, space, and offerings change seasonally. We aim to bring you modern yet rustic meals to be shared. Chef/Owner Jeff Scheer and wife Kaili, have always loved to entertain at their home in Kula. The concept for the restaurant is an extension of that warm hospitality felt while sharing good food and wine around a table of family and friends. When the restaurant industry shut down in March of 2020, the pair began making sourdough pizza out of their outdoor oven at home. Milling whole wheat berries from a farm in Arizona, hand stretching mozzarella, whole-animal butchery, growing artichokes and summer squash for toppings - it was a true labor of love. What began as a ritual has grown into a restaurant. We look forward to seeing you at Marlow soon.

D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : Le chef Jeff Scheer et sa famille ont commencé à vendre des pizzas au levain dans leur arrière-cour pendant la pandémie avant d'ouvrir leur premier restaurant. Les habitant·e·s du coin reviennent pour ses excellentes pizzas napolitaines, ses pappardelle fraîches et ses légumes cuits au feu de bois, le fruit d'une passion qui a valu à Jeff Scheer d'être nommé meilleur chef de la région par le James Beard Award. La pizzeria possède une cuisine ouverte ornée de carreaux noirs et de marbre blanc, ce qui vous permet d'observer les pizzas en train d'être enfournées.

Marlow’s has the right combination of excellence, delicious menu, excellent team of servers and shout out to Eden who was so helpful in reaching out to us when we requested to move our reservations up. Great experience start to finish 🤙🏼

Service was excellent. Food was tasty and delicious and divine. Our big group started with the chop salad - so fresh! We tried the Margherita, Salisccia, and Calabrese pies - they were all great, Calabrese was our favorite. Drinks were wonderful. The cappuccino gelato was the perfect ending. Cool open vibe. Can’t wait to return. Telling everyone about it.

Had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Marlow. I love farm to table cooking and this restaurant delivered. We shared the funghi pizza and pappardelle...everything we ate was wonderful. Try the Tiger Prawns in chimichurri to start. And don't skip the cocktails! Cannot suggest this restaurant enough, they're a treat!
