At Marlow we specialize in artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza, as well as locally sourced meats and vegetables. Our menu, space, and offerings change seasonally. We aim to bring you modern yet rustic meals to be shared. Chef/Owner Jeff Scheer and wife Kaili, have always loved to entertain at their home in Kula. The concept for the restaurant is an extension of that warm hospitality felt while sharing good food and wine around a table of family and friends. When the restaurant industry shut down in March of 2020, the pair began making sourdough pizza out of their outdoor oven at home. Milling whole wheat berries from a farm in Arizona, hand stretching mozzarella, whole-animal butchery, growing artichokes and summer squash for toppings - it was a true labor of love. What began as a ritual has grown into a restaurant. We look forward to seeing you at Marlow soon.

D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : Le chef Jeff Scheer et sa famille ont commencé à vendre des pizzas au levain dans leur arrière-cour pendant la pandémie avant d'ouvrir leur premier restaurant. Les habitant·e·s du coin reviennent pour ses excellentes pizzas napolitaines, ses pappardelle fraîches et ses légumes cuits au feu de bois, le fruit d'une passion qui a valu à Jeff Scheer d'être nommé meilleur chef de la région par le James Beard Award. La pizzeria possède une cuisine ouverte ornée de carreaux noirs et de marbre blanc, ce qui vous permet d'observer les pizzas en train d'être enfournées.

We try to visit Marlow a couple times during our month long visit to Maui. We play golf at Pukalani and go to Marlow's for dinner. We started with a glass of Prosecco and an Old Fashion (really good). We ordered the warm olives, a chopped salad with Genoa salami and the pulled pork and Lilikoi butter. Beautiful setting, great service and really food.

Consistently one of the best dining experiences on the island. This restaurant walks the walk in terms of delivering a truly special hospitality experience. Worth the drive if you’re a tourist, but to be honest…I think those of us who are lucky enough to live in the area are keeping this small spot busy enough! Kudos to the entire team for being so on point multiple meal periods and multiple visits. Your hard work shows in every meal. Thank you!

I can’t believe I have not been here for dinner before!!! Absolutely amazing….. from the moment you are welcomed…. With a smile…. It was all spectacular!!! Definitely will be back!!! 🌺

Food was outstanding! Trendy and relaxed island vibe. Worth the drive upcountry, we will add this to our must visit restaurants on Maui.

Great upcountry dining, which is rare here on the island. The menu includes delicious salads, great appetizers and quality cocktails. Their pizza selection is awesome. We sat at the bar for the first time and watched the Marlow’s team in action it was impressive to see how they put it all together. It was an enjoyable experience.

Already having a few favorite restaurants on the island, found Marlow online with amazing reviews, reinforced by locals raving about out it. Completely lived up to the hype! The service was fantastic. Attentive, but not too much. The vegetables, Tiger Prawns and then prosciutto white pizza were masterfully prepared and delicious. The accolades and award nominations are not unwarranted. Even if you’re staying in Ka’anapali, make the drive. Totally worth it.
