Marlings Bar and Grill is located at Woodland Holiday Park in Trimingham and open to everyone. Located within 80 acres of beautiful woodland Marlings offers a beautiful setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The team at Marlings look forward to welcoming you. Lawson our head chef is excited to share his passion and offering of seasonal and locally sourced quality food. Joined by front of house manager Emma the team hope you have a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

A great pit stop for those walking the north Norfolk coastal path Marlings is just 500 metres from the route plus we have a beautiful nature trail to enjoy before or after your meal with us.

Sunday Carvery is served 12-3pm every Sunday. Please do book in advance as this is a popular day.

Free wifi is available so please do make yourself comfortable to work or meet colleagues.

This year we have lots of live events planned, plus quiz nights and garden BBQs, keep an eye on our social channels for updates.

The food was absolutely delicious as normal. Garlic mushrooms on toast was out of this world and the steak was mouth watering done to perfection. And can’t I say the staff were fantastic

When we were invited to join our friend here for lunch - I had my doubts! Lunch at a caravan site! Well- I was very pleasantly surprised - the building was large, modern, lots of wood! Quite attractive as functional buildings go. The service was excellent and friendly . the menu choices splendid and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Food ok not a vast menu or any starters! Had to ask for cutlery and sauces after food delivered! Not once were we approached to see if everything was ok? Shame as it has potential just needs to be tweaked a bit!

As regular visitors we are never disappointed, especially with our waitress Elisha, who is incredibly attentive and goes that extra mile for her customers, as do the other waiting staff

On the whole the food was well presented.The bread on the sandwiches was dry.Fish & chips was ok although the portion of fish a lot smaller.The scampi and chips was adequate but portion of mushy peas was really small.It seemed quite expensive for what we got.Also don’t like being referred to as darling all the time by the waitress.Sorry.Have had better experiences here.x

I had a truly exceptional dining experience at Marlings today. The carvery was outstanding, featuring exceptionally fresh produce and meat that was served promptly in generous portions. The staff demonstrated friendliness and efficiency, readily accommodating our request to modify a dish when a child in our party was uncertain about the flavorings. Their helpfulness was greatly appreciated, and there was ample space to accommodate our two parents with disabilities. Thank you, Marlings, for a wonderful meal.

We visit Marlings on every visit to our caravan. Normally, on average about 3 meals per visit for a family of 4. We came this week as visiting for our summer holiday. We have noticed a continuous price increase and decline in portions over the last year. I paid £17 for a chicken Cesare salad which was served in a side salad bowl! No pancetta which was advertised on the menu. When I mentioned this one rasher was bought out! The rest of the week we have eaten out elsewhere as feel ripped off. Does Sky sports need to be shown in every room? With the beautiful garden room and snug that has been built I just think these simple things ruin the ambience. Staff are lovely but the food and menu seriously needs to improve before we venture back to our favourite place.
