Marleys was opened in 2018 by young local couple, Mark & Charly. It's a culmination of fresh, seasonal and local ingredients - served by the friendliest team, and truly produced with love, thought and care.

We serve lunch, dinner and weekend breakfast in a relaxed and cosy atmosphere.

We focus on 'British Comfort Food', with a little extra attention to detail. Casual Dining at it's best - in your little neighbourhood cafe-restaurant.

We take dinner bookings in the evenings - with breakfast and lunch being walk-in only.

Very nice welcome and nice lounge to have a drink before meal, drink was a little slow arriving after ordering but other than that service and food at table was great.

Welcoming and quick attentive service. Good choice on the menu for starter u must have the pork belly bites ! Very ambient atmosphere will definitely come again !

Food options were great. 6 in our party and all were very happy with their courses. Staff were very friendly and attentive - service could not be faulted. The restaurant was clean and the dining ambiance was great for our dining experience. Highly recommended.

Cocktails we not had before and will definately have again. The bang bang chicken starter was awesome as was the beetroot salmon. We opted for monkfish and pork belly, both of which were to die for. And we didn't stop there - although we were full, we had a fear of missing put on more fantastic food so chose the afogatto and chocolate brownie! Will definitely be going again and thoroughly recommend. The staff were faultless, energetic and attentive, the atmosphere was lively and we were still able to talk to each other without shouting. All in all a wonderful experience and excellent value for money - thank you, thank you, thank you, we will we back!

This is my first time here after it came very highly recommended by a couple of friends. I booked for a birthday dinner with my partner and when we turned up early we were taken to out seats to see a hand-written note wishing a happy birthday. I though was a really sweet touch to put in when you could have easily printed a few copies of a template. We were offered water and had a candle for a centre piece, once we had received the food I realised this would not be a one time thing.. we both had the marleys splash burger which came with a salad and chips. The salad was quite easily the best salad I have ever had the good fortune of eating doused in balsamic vinegar and olive oil the flavours in the salad alone was impressive... the chips were perfectly cooked fluffy and crunchy.. The mountain of a burger that came with it was definitely messy but with the mess came a mouthful of flavours from the juicy patties to the soft buns there was nothing that didn't belong or compliment each other. A perfect balance of every ingredient.. I think this is the first review I have written this year and I can honestly say that's for a good reason. Whether it's a date with your loved one or a family meal celebrating a special occasion this is the perfect venue. The price was worth the food without a doubt I would have paid more.

A really gorgeous restaurant with lovely attentive staff. I made a special request for my partners birthday and they went above and beyond for us. The atmosphere was lovely and the food delicious! I’d highly recommend to anyone and we are looking forward to trying out the breakfast next.

The service from the friendly staff was excellent. We had the iron steak which was cooked to perfection. A very enjoyable experience.

My family and I went to marleys for my birthday and what a great experience . The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and our table was personalised with my name and a birthday wish so very thoughtful. They were very accommodating when my elderly mother in law only wanted something from the children’s menu and this was no issue for marleys , which was excellent. The food was beautifully presented and very tasty. We loved it all and will definitely recommend it to everyone and will return ourselves soon.
