Marleys was opened in 2018 by young local couple, Mark & Charly. It's a culmination of fresh, seasonal and local ingredients - served by the friendliest team, and truly produced with love, thought and care.

We serve lunch, dinner and weekend breakfast in a relaxed and cosy atmosphere.

We focus on 'British Comfort Food', with a little extra attention to detail. Casual Dining at it's best - in your little neighbourhood cafe-restaurant.

We take dinner bookings in the evenings - with breakfast and lunch being walk-in only.

The food was of poor quality, only one of the 4 meals was pleasurable to eat. The flat iron steak was cold and only had 4 courgette chips to accompany it. This meal would have beifitted from a side dish and being served hot. The buttermilk chicken was overcooked and the poke Bowl underwhelming for the cost.

Being a good cook I am often disappointed when I go out for meals, really enjoyed my meal. The Bakewell tart was amazing.

Excellent! I went to Marleys with my partner to celebrate we moved in together. The food was superb and the staff were friendly and polite. We will be coming back soon.

Great food at a reasonable price. Service is friendly and professional... Very welcoming. Relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, with just enough noise, but not too loud or distracting.

I booked a table last minute for my son’s 21st birthday meal just the two of us. We came into a happy birthday message which was a sweet little touch and the food and service was amazing. The two ladies that seated us and served us were polite, swift with service but didn’t make us feel rushed in any way. We had starters, mains and shared the lovely chocolate and cherry pudding which was Devine. We will certainly be back. Oh the Zinfandel rose was lovely too!!

Food was amazing, service really good just a shame that there were a table of people determined to shout over each other next to us.
