Marleys was opened in 2018 by young local couple, Mark & Charly. It's a culmination of fresh, seasonal and local ingredients - served by the friendliest team, and truly produced with love, thought and care.

We serve lunch, dinner and weekend breakfast in a relaxed and cosy atmosphere.

We focus on 'British Comfort Food', with a little extra attention to detail. Casual Dining at it's best - in your little neighbourhood cafe-restaurant.

We take dinner bookings in the evenings - with breakfast and lunch being walk-in only.

Our food good. Husband had Pork belly, I had Monk fish. Both meals were nice. My only criticism was my fish was a little gritty, I did not raise this with the resturant as I just wanted to enjoy our night and without any fuss. We were celebrating our anniversary.

Staff are absolutely excellent. They have the right balance between being attentive but not loitering. Food is excellent, and atmosphere was superb

Lovely experience with fantastic food as always. Very noisy atmosphere but choosing to eat at a very popular restaurant in the centre of Folkestone on a Friday evening was probably not the best choice for a quiet chat with friends.

Second time at Marleys and both times the food has been great. The pork bites and sharing platters are a treat. Service is welcoming, friendly and swift. Definitely worth a visit.

Food was amazing as normal . The dessert was outstanding !!! Please keep the passion fruit mango parfait on the menu forever ! The shortbread was also amazing if you sold it as a takeaway I would pop in regularly to buy some !

Amazing ….. The food is of Michelin Star standard as a price that is very affordable… Would like to pass on huge thanks to everyone in the restaurant for making the evening feel very special
