As the premier choice of Pismo Beach restaurants, all of the dishes at Marisol are prepared with a soulful touch by Chef Troy Tolbert and Pastry Chef Derek Brown, featuring produce from fields of local farmers, seafood fresh off the boats of local fishermen, and naturally raised meats and poultry. The California conference centers at The Cliffs Hotel and Spa are fully equipped to accommodate any group, from five to 500 guests. Our meeting space is as flexible as it is elegant, with accommodations for classroom and theatre-style seating. And in case an oceanview conference room isn't quite close enough to the beach, a 6,750-square-foot poolside terrace serves as the ideal location for afternoon meetings.

The halibut and risotto was incredible. We had a nice waiter Crosby. The ladies at the front were very nice too!

Erik our server was on top of it! He met our requests without fail (5 woman). Kept our diet soda flowing. Made sure we had all the things. He was complimentary and funny! It was a wonderful experience. Oh and sitting on the patio, on a beautiful day in Shell Beach was just the cherry on top! The Quinoa Avocado salad is second to NONE! Delicious salad!!

Excellent experience! Worked with our reservation times with multiple changes due to traffic delays. Food was outstanding and so was the wine!

Great ambience, delicious food and excellent service. I’ve been to Marisol for lunch twice in two weeks. The experience was equally good both times.

The ambience and the staff were incredible. Service by Liz and Daniel and Jack (i think) was outstanding. My family enjoyed the meal very much.

Excellent Anniversary Dinner We're staying at the Cliffs Hotel and this is their restaurant. We are here celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary. So we went to this restaurant to celebrate. The amazing service starts at the door. The greater asked what kind of seating we would like and then she picked the perfect table right next to the beautiful fireplace. Perfect. Our waiter lan came to our table. He greeted us really welcoming and friendly. He explained items on the menu for us and gave us very good suggestions. He was always there before we needed him and always knew what we needed before asking. Amazing service. The food was excellent. We ordered Ribeye steak and add on a side of shrimp by lan's suggestion. The side shrimp is not on the menu but they were jumbo and very tasty. The steaks were cooked perfectly. Overall an excellent dinner. Also, when I received the bill I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't nearly as much as I thought it would be. I had to ask if something was left off.

Great food and service. Had scallops with wild rice risotto and my husband had their Hamburger everything was great!
