Ce petit restaurant italien est un nouveau venu à La Jolla, mais il a déjà fait bonne impression grâce à la cuisine fermière du chef Cameron Ingle (du Bouchon Bistro et de Bestia). Trinquez avec du vermouth avant de vous lancer dans des plats gagnants comme le filet mignon au mascarpone et les petites bouchées d'agnolotti.

Crazy busy but everyone was hustling and surprisingly it all held together. Portions were small (on the pastas) and prices were high but food was good

Fantastic. This is one of those places you tell visitors to hit while they are in town, but at the same time want to keep to yourself because it is THAT good. What they are doing in the kitchen is off the charts and the places runs like a perfectly oiled machine.

Visiting the area for a week and stumbled onto Marisi. The food was fantastic, great flavors but not over powering. Service was friendly, helpful (my wife is vegetarian) and impeccable. A great date night! When we are back to the area it will be a must do.

Marisi has substantially gone downhill since July 2023 the last time I dined there. It didn’t even taste like the same place; if it were my first time I wouldn’t have returned. The service was below subpar noting some of the worst in San Diego I’ve experienced. Additionally, food quality seemed vastly different and was lacking flavor. The bread was the only thing to stand out; everything else was disappointing.

We had a lovely dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Sitting out on the covered terrace we felt like we could be at Les Deux Garçons in Aix en Provence or Bibendum in London Service was on point and the food was delicious. We decided to go Antipasti all the way which came on a flow and was perfect. We shall be back.

We were 4 people and ordered 1 or 2 of most of the appetizers. This was fun to try so many different dishes. I particularly liked the shrimp appetizer and the burrata and the bone marrow from a femur - it makes quite a show! The place is colorful and the staff is friendly. Lukas was our waiter - he made suggestions and was very helpful and looked out for one person in our group who had nut allergies. It was a fun evening.

Food very tasty, service was excellent, ambience lovely. Very expensive but portion size small (except the bone marrow).

It was our first time at Marisi and won't be the last. The hostesses and Scott, our server, were warm and friendly. The restaurant is beautiful, and we adored the food. Since we had a delicious lunch earlier, we decided to stick to an array of dinner appetizers. We shared the divine carpaccio, the hilariously huge bone marrow, the little gem salad, the superb roasted pineapple and prosciutto, and the head-on grilled prawns. I recommend them all. To wash that down we drank a lovely Cornarea Arneis. Great night out!
