No window seat as requested even though there were several open window tables and I made the request well ahead of time. The receptionist didn’t even attempt to accommodate us for my wife’s birthday. The server and food were great however. I don’t think that Marina Jacks is the place for us to celebrate significant events any longer as this was the 3rd time this happened

Delicious food and cocktails. Beautiful location on the bay, glorious views. Service was impeccable, attentive but not overbearing. Will definitely come back when in town again.

We made our reservation several days in advance and requested a window table. Upon arriving they tried to stick us next to the wait staff's work area which was a lot of commotion. They said we couldn't have our window table because they were using it for another larger party. However, there were many window tables we could have been seated at, but they apparently they were reserved. I guess our reservation request was not a priority. We had my 89 yo Mom with us, which is rare and we wanted her to be able to look out over the marina. Sadly, this poor start to our dinner set the tone for the rest of the evening. Food is okay, but certainly not phenomenal. Our waitress was fine but the Manager was awful. We live in the area and have been here many times but there are way too many other great restaurants. Next time we'll go somewhere else.

Upon arrival I was a little concerned with the menu, specifically the limited seafood options. Our server was fantastic and helped aid in my decision making. The food did not disappoint. I was once again reminded why this has become one of our favorite restaurants in the area, and we will be coming back.

A lovely evening with a great view! Food was delicious and our waiter, Sergio, was very good. Have always wanted to visit Marina Jack and so glad we did!!

We dined upstairs. My mother is in a wheel chair and they allowed us to sit near a window and easily accommodated her. All the food was excellent. The view over the harbor was nice. Service was friendly and attentive.

Great ambiance, terrific food (Filet and Grouper Oscar) and great service (Raphael). Will definitely return.

The food was excellent and our server Donnie from Cincinnati, Ohio was the Bomb. He was very attentive, friendly great personality! Just awesome

The sign said wait to be seated but there was no one around for several minutes. The beer was not cold enough for me so I asked for a cup of ice. I had to ask twice. The crabcake dinner was okay but very over priced for the portions of everything. A guy was playing the piano but it was very hard to hear him.
