I recently attended my friend's birthday party at Margo Rooftop Restaurant, and we had an amazing experience. The service was excellent, and the music was at the perfect volume for chatting. The tables and couches, adorned with cute pillows, made the place feel incredibly cozy!

Didn’t eat, only came for happy hour on the rooftop! Gorgeous ambience, drinks were delish. Prices are great for happy hour, on the more expensive side thereafter.

The service in the restaurant was good. We were relocated to the patio (our request) and the server took our drink orders and did not return for 45 minutes to take our food orders. The rooftop is nice and we enjoyed the DJ and vibe. We had the three dip app, which was good but they only brought two pieces of bread/pita with it.

This is the second weekend in a row that I’ve been to Margo’s rooftop. While it’s an excellent spot with great food and for the most part the service was good, there were a few employees (mostly management sadly) that ruined the entire experience to the point I won’t go back. I don’t think the managers in place understand hospitality. There was a bar manager with tattoos and slicked back hair that should likely not work in the service industry. He was very stressed out, and extremely rude to a some people on our group who were trying to buy drinks at the bar. His friends were standing at the bar in the way of people ordering drinks and he told our group to ‘get out of the way’. The way he yelled at us and shooed us away, I really thought he was on something. Last weekend the new floor manager was also very stressed out and had some attitude. This weekend I felt the same energy with him. Perhaps they need to hire managers with experience in high-volume and high-end settings? It was enough for me to want to leave and never go back.

Beautiful rooftop patio and vibes. Food was average. Go here for the rooftop ambiance.

Good food but very slow service. The drinks took at least 30 mins but food was fast

We sat on the patio for brunch. It was a beautiful patio, food was good. We went for my friends birthday. I called a month in advance and spoke to someone that we were celebrating a birthday and to please bring out a dessert. The woman I spoke to took my friends name and said no problem we will do something. At the end of the meal the cheques came and they never brought anything out. I had to alert our server that there was a birthday. Last minute they brought out free shots which was nice but a clear last minute idea. It was pretty disappointing.

Pros: beautiful very aesthetic, amazing ambiance get there early so you can see the transition throughout the evening amazing service from the hostess to the server and management. Everyone was very attentive and polite. We got the summerlicious menu. Some of the items weren’t as flavourful as we’d like we ordered off the menu and those items were better. I worked in the industry for many years, so I noticed a little things and they’re on point very attentive very hospitable. It is pricey, but it’s worth it. 8/10
