Well-it was Times Square, which probably had something to do with our experience. I’m sure other Margaritaville locations are probably better. Check-in was disorganized. Food-meh. I wouldn’t rush back to this one. I got to see some Jimmy Buffett videos I’ve never seen. Margarita was descent-

Había lugar pero muy desorganizado todo.gracias a open table exigí que me dieran una mesa. Muy mala onda de la recepcionista. Hubo un encargado que se encargó de solucionar todo pero difícil de volver. Cambió mucho la atención de la gente

La nourriture n’était pas exceptionnelle par rapport à d’autres restaurants à New-York.

We made reservations here so we could have dinner before our Broadway show. When we arrived we learned that they don’t honor reservations and we needed to wait until tables turned over. We waited 25 minutes but because we had show tickets and the hostess didn’t seem to care whether we got seated, we left. We found another restaurant that wanted our business and accommodated us so we could make our show. Don’t bother with Margaritaville. The restaurant doesn’t seem like anything special and the staff clearly doesn’t care.

Our food was awful and the price to quality ratio wasn’t worth what we paid. The drinks weren’t even decent.

We were done eating, someone other than our waitress took the plates. 45 minutes passed, we did not see the waitress or get our check. I had to go to the hostess station to get the check. She got the manager , we finally got the check. Our waitress apologized and said she was upstairs, that’s why we did not see her for an hour. If you choose to go to this restaurant, make sure you have plenty of time to spare. But the food is not that good, the chicken on the salads were dry and overcooked. It’s definitely not worth the prices they are charging.

Great ‘island’ vibe with friendly and quick service. Had the guac and chips and the Garlic burger which was delicious. Loved the Statue of Liberty with digital effects- fun times!
