Food took a long time to get to the table. Other families around us were seated, ordered and ate while waited. Waitress was nice and it wasn’t her fault. Food was not hot. Fires were not completely cooked. Grilled fish was tough and hamburger gave my wife an upset stomach. Three meals, three drinks and an appetizer was $150. This is crazy for a sub par meal. We have enjoyed Margaritaville at other locations before but this was the worst experience we have had dining out in years.

Margaritaville is a great touristy spot. Unfortunately, we had some plans after dinner we couldn't be late for and made a reservations with plenty of time to make it. We got seated late due to the busy-ness at the restaurant, and the server was honest with us that even if we ordered, we wouldn't get our food within the 45 minutes that we needed it in after we had drinks and appetizers the first 30 or so minutes. I was definitely disappointed in the delays since we did make a timely reservation, and I will say that I truly appreciated the servers honesty and transparency. We ended up getting McDonald's before our planned take off at the pier.

Perfect island vibe; great music, great drinks, good food. Service was wonderful. Location was exactly what we wanted.

The $15 Margaritas was about 2 ounces and I'm not sure there was tequila in it - I did not eat all day and did not feel anything - taste like lemonade. The Paradise burger was 2 dried-out overcooked patties. Three of us ordered the fish tacos - overcooked and tough. We left full plates of food. Horrible!!! I will NEVER return!!!!

Had a great dinner today at Margaritaville Chicago. From the fried pickles to the teriyaki chicken & shrimp, the fish tacos & rice as well as the jerk chicken. Great flavors, cooked well and the portions were good size. Definitely worth the trip, thank you!
