It was beautiful, ambiance and decor were lovely. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with food recommendations. Some weird goth girl cried at my table, but that was as only because of the absolute beauty of the bone marrow to us. 7.8/10 would eat again.

This restaurant is honestly a Hidden authentic Spanish gem. The food is amazing, the cocktails are too die for and the service is beyond expectations. Overall recommend 10/10

We are staying at the hotel and did get the chance to try the restaurant in the morning before our dinner reservation, I will speak to the dinner experience specifically. The service here is outstanding, all staff was very attentive and kind, even before we stepped into the restaurant! We were running late to our reservation and so we called to let them know. They accommodated up by pushing the time 20 minutes later. Now the food. We started with the octopus with potato cream, roasted bone marrow and mussels. All were tasty and extremely rich, my favorite being the marrow, as it came with quite a bit of short rib meat mixed in…unctuous indeed! I found that the octopus was especially tender, and was impressed because that is difficult to accomplish on the grill unless you’re some sort of octopus whisperer, haha. For our main, we decided to split the black paella with shrimp and scallops topped with an aioli. While this was also tasty, we found that it was also quite rich and could use some acidity to cut that and balance out the slickness of it all. We still finished it! Apart from that suggestion, everything was 10/10. We tried a few drinks as well and all were pretty good but no way we could get a buzz going with everything we ate being so decadent 🤷🏽‍♀️. Lovely experience though!

My aunt and I had an amazing time. The food is uniquely styled food with unexpectedly pleasant flavors. You can tell the food is made with love and attention to detail. Amy was the best and we took all her recommendations. We enjoyed the beets salad, bone marrow, and the black paella. To top everything off, the cheesecake was exquisite. Overall 10/10 experience.

Olga and Julio were amazing. They kept the table clean the entire time. Even after a spill, they rushed to get table clean. Olga came to check on us every 2-5min, first time I have seen this. She took the time to help us understand the menu and we loved the food she suggested. Ask for Olga and Julio when you go visit. My wife loved it too.
