    first time to Marcus, heard good reviews & it delivered on all fronts food was excellent, service delightful & a lovely atmosphere. Will be going back soon

    I would highly recommend Marcus Kitchen & Bar. The food, service and atmosphere was excellent. Will definitely be going back and taking friends and family. Thank you for a lovely evening.

    Everything about Marcus is so good. I had the risottos, my daughters had gnocchi and salmon with lovely Italian wine. Service was good as always, would recommend.

    Wanted to try Marcus for ages and it didn't disappoint .Service was great and the freindliness of the staff was engaging......Food was proper authentic Italian ....none of your pizzas spag bol or Lasagna but lovely Italian regional cooking with simplicity in mind and a seafood lovers menu ! Looking forward to visiting again when I can .

    The staff are always so nice and welcoming. This time, I brought my kids, and everyone was especially nice to them. It’s so good to find a place that welcomes kids — it’s a better environment and it encourages the kids to be extra well-behaved. They loooooved the pasta (of course), my vegan friend loved hers, and the amatriciana was beautiful as always!

    Stunning starter (bruschettini), my main course (grigliata) was great, but my wife thought hers was a little overcooked (moscardini) - minor niggle. All in all , a lovely meal, , excellent service. We'll be back!

    Marcus is a local treasure. Eating here is like the first night of an Italian holiday. Always fabulous, delicious food and wonderful service.
