Always love Marcus B&G. The catfish with crawfish étouffée was delicious. The cornbread is always on point. The vibe is perfect. Just a great place period.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting the food to be as good as it was. The cornbread and peach cobbler are must haves!! Our server Brandon was great, and I will be back to try more items.

Cute interior, food was amazing, staff was very nice and helpful, cocktails were strong and yummy. However, even with a reservation it took 45 minutes to be seated and the hostess was literally bussing tables herself to try and seat folks. All these people were waiting to be seated and there were 5+ tables empty but not cleared. Seems management needs to hire more bussing staff and servers to help their poor workers out. A hostess should not have to clear tables to be able to seat people that’s not her job.

I know it is always a challenge for restaurants to seat guest at the time they made the reservation but it is very frustrating to have guest that have been put on a list seated before someone that has bothered to make a reservation. It questions why making a reservation has any importance.

We had a 6:15PM reservation, but weren’t seated until 6:45. After being seated, we waited at least 15 minutes for service and finally flagged down a server who said she didn’t know who was responsible for our table but she would be glad to take our order. We ordered drinks first, but they didn’t arrive until after our food was served. The food and drinks were good, but the lack of attention and the long wait detracted from our dining experience.

While Marcus Bar and Grill has exceptional food, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Obvious signs of staffing issues exist. Limited staff on duty at bar making it difficult to order an additional drink; I would think this would be of great concern to the restaurant given the bar is one of the highest revenue generators for a restaurant. The dining experience was further adversely impacted by a hostess coming to our table asking if we were finished dining as she needed to seat other guests. Not only was this inappropriate, our delay in leaving once we received our food and completed eating, was a result of us not receiving our checks in a timely manner. Dining out is truly a luxury and those of us who continue to dine out in these inflationary times expect to have an elevated experience. Our visit to Marcus Bar and Grill did not provide the elevated experience it should have. It is hard for me to recommend to a friend or return until several things are addressed namely proper staffing and appropriate training for the hostess staff on how to engage with customers.

Marcus Bar & Grill never disappoints! From the food, to the service, to the vibe - it’s always a fantastic experience to dine here. Their Father’s Day dining experience was no different. The food was amazing per usual w/ DJ BoogieLove spinning ❤️ It was a phenomenal Father’s Day, capped off with a family dinner at Marcus Bar & Grill. Our favorite server is Asia, so be sure to ask for her if she’s available 💯

Listen!!!!!!! Consistency!!!! Consistency!!!! Consistency!!!! I love this restaurant. I fall in love with this place over and over and I’m never mad about it. From the hostess to the cooks everyone is so nice. Father’s Day brunch was amazing!

We had a small misunderstanding to start the night, BUT the hostess and the manager on duty did an exceptional job making our visit to Marcus Bar & Grill pleasant. Food was great, ambiance was great, and we really enjoyed our visit!
