Marco�s Waterfront Grill offers year-round waterfront dining overlooking Manhasset Bay in Port Washington, New York. Patrons can choose to sit in the bar area, at an outdoor deck table or in the large dining room. Entertainment, including live music and karaoke, is offered on certain evenings. My fiance and I decided on brunch at Marcos. The restaurant is beautiful. Upon walking in we got seated right away. We then waited about 30 minutes for a waiter to ask if we wanted a beverage or to even hand us a menu. The restaurant was fairly empty. The food made up for the wait but I do think next time they should be a little more on top of things.

I almost didn't come here with my date because my neighbors told me that the service was extremely slow . We experienced the same thing and actually had to approach our server to come to our table after 10-15 minute without even being offered drinks. She forgot to ask the chef about a special request, there was no salt/pepper on the table either. However, she was very nice overall. The setting is terrific, but I really don't understand why the service is lackadaisical. Come here if you have time and are willing to pester your server a bit! The setting is so beautiful and the food is good...but may arrive a bit cold thanks to the slow service.

Outdoor brunch with indoor option. Plenty of shade and good food and service. Would come back again !

Made a reservation for 830. Arrived at 825 and stood at the hostess counter while 3-4 workers looked frazzled and talking about another customer. No one acknowledged me even after making eye contact and saying excuse me a few times. By 840 when no one helped me and I watched the man who may have owned the place tell the waitress " just throw the food at them so they can get out", We left.

they served me melted ice cream which they hid by putting whipped cream on the top. however, they did not charge me for it after i pointed it out to the waitress.

They may have been just getting ready for the summer season but it seemed like they did not have their act together. The food was good, not special. The restaurant was almost empty and yet we had to flag our waiter down every time we needed something, especially water. The few signs for the restaurant are poorly placed and difficult to see. There is not even one on the front of the place.
