Very overpriced. £100 for a 3 course meal for 2 with one drink each. Also, skimped unnecessarily. Two very small pita bread quarters for a whole plate of hummus/Tzaziki. Why cut corners like that? £10 for a Greek salad with one tomato and a few slices of cucumber and some olives and onions. They wouldn’t last long in Greece that’s for sure Souvlaki skewers we’re very small for £18 a throw The cheesecake was fairly tasteless. I’ve had better from Asda. Very disappointing

The food was not too much. I took the gnocchi and the sauce was a bit liquid and there weren't too many gnocchi. I've ordered the Lamb cutlets and between the bones and the fat the meat was not that much. The desserts are good.

This place is amazing! The honey halloumi, beef brisket, lamb souvlaki and seafood gnocchi were so so good. The service was absolutely fantastic and the general ambience was lovely. We had a great seat on what was almost like a balcony, for my husband's birthday! Everyone joined in singing him happy birthday too which was lovely. We will certainly be back to Marcos and would recommend it to anyone visiting Rye.

My family and I are at marcos Saturday night it was fabulous food and service and wonderful ambience . We will visit again when we return to rye

Lovely staff, very friendly. The food was really tasty but not a lot for the price. Would need to order sides with the main meal. Really nice atmosphere.

Great location with pleasant outlook from the enclosed terrace at the back of the building. Very attentive proficient service and eclectic decoration. Varied menu with good selections. We weren't keen on a big meal so went for the small plates. Although the food was tasty and well made, it was a good job we weren't hungry as you don't get much for your money. Two small chicken skewers with some sauce, or 5 pieces of crispy squid for example. I know the cost of food has increased sharply, but we expected a little more. I expect the main dishes like burgers are much more substantial and better value. We did enjoy the meal but would probably make different choices if we were proper hungry!

Very friendly staff nice setting. Food took a while to arrive and became a little expensive when necessary side were added.
