The food tastes good, but the martini came out lukewarm cool. I knew we were in trouble. The meal would have been better had it not been so hot. The side salad was not refreshing, more wilted. It was cooler outside. Sad thing is, we are from out of state. We won’t be going back. They didn’t seem phased by it so hot.

Food was excellent as usual. Very crowded as usual so we waited a little long for our entrees to come out but worth the wait. Our waiter was excellent. Very energetic place.

Dinner was okay. Service started out very slow, we had to ask for our server after sitting 15 minutes. It wasn’t bad, but it was honestly not great. We had clams casino that were room temperature and not very hot, also bacon was not cooked enough. Our Caesar salad was room temperature and not cold. At some point we realized that they had forgotten to put our dinner order in. Our server apologized and offered us a complimentary dessert. Our entrees of Veal Parmigiana and Chicken Milanese were okay. Overall we were disappointed and not planning to go back.

I have been to Marcello’s several times. They have a great happy hour menu. I have always been impressed by the service so I invited to friends to experience Marcello’s for the first time. I just say I was really disappointed with our server. He must’ve been new and while I give grace to people who are training it’s hard to excuse a bad attitude and rudeness. I asked for dressing on the side of my Caesar salad. Salad came out w/dressing mixed in. I asked for it to be returned. He seemed annoyed. Then we were charged for two Caesar salads when we received the bill. Also were charged extra for additional dressing on another salad. When my friend ordered her salad and asked for two kinds of dressing, our server never mentioned the additional charge. When we received the bill and questioned the charges, he was rude and annoyed. I have never had this experience there before. All of our waitresses have gone above and beyond. He needs to get with the program!

I used to visit all the time and ate there last night. I feel like something had changed. I also was not happy that I noticed anyone with children with them were stuck in the one dining room off to the side. Not sure if that was intentional but no where else throughout the restaurant or outside did I see a minor. Didn’t like that at alll!! And for that alone I would not recommend to anyone with children. Our waitress was amazing and so were the cocktails but the food was subpar. I don’t feel the need to go back again.

Loved the Vodka lobster ravioli, the chicken franchise, and the eggplant rolitini. Not a fan of the chicken and shrimp dish it was overcooked.

It was a Saturday night and pretty busy, so I take that into account. We waited over an hour for our food, but the service and food were great. Pizza, chicken Marsala, lobster ravioli, sausage & broccoli rabe pasta, & salad were excellent. It was pretty loud in there & we had to shout, but again, it was a Saturday night. Overall, very good experience. I’ve been there a few times and highly recommend.
