   Mika was awesome! She is so kind, attentive, and professional. She checked on our table, made sure we had everything we needed, and she was so sweet. We would totally request to sit in her section the next time we visit.

   Food was delicious. I always love eating here. We had out of town guests that we took to dinner on Saturday night. Since last at the restaurant, management has added a lot of tables. If one was to just look over at the tables, you would see just how crowded the tables were to each other. Now try to envision adding a server trying to take orders or serve food/ drinks. I lost count of many times I was hit in the back from a server. Each would apologize each time. I o not blame them. There is not enough space for the severs to get back and forth to the tables. It was not a relaxing evening. I hope this review makes management to take out some of these tables. It was definitely an unpleasant experience.

   We normally love Marcella’s but they were a little off tonight. The food took almost an hour to get to our table after ordering. My salmon was very tough and dry but they made it right by bringing me a fresh piece and also giving us 2 free desserts to make up for it. Our server Meredith was great!

   Ibrahim was a great waiter. It was a busy night but he was calm and fun! We were celebrating a birthday and had the best time.

   Our dining experience was excellent, from checking in until we left the restaurant. Our server was Allie and she did an excellent job. The food was delicious.

   We were a party of 3 tonight, and I must say I am/can be very picky…and I literally pay attention to EVERY LITTLE DETAIL when dining out and this was all of our first time here. I have to say my initial concern was upon entering we were not greeted in a manner that was very welcoming at all, so I was a bit apprehensive…but we were seated at Alec’s table and everything going forward made up for the lackluster welcome. I LLLLLOOOOOVVVVVEEEEEDDD ALEC!! He was so knowledgeable about soooooooo much, even hipped us to a new drink(Dark Manhattan) which we will try when we come back, and because of him and Christian we will be back….and the food was amazing! I give both gentlemen as well as the overall experience 5stars!!

   Despite the restaurant being not so busy it took a full 15 minutes to be seated. Not a big deal but the hostess didn’t apologize and seemed annoyed when we checked the status of our table. Once we were seated it just took a long time to get started with initial drink orders. Understandable if the restaurant were busy but this was almost 9:30 by the time we started ordering. The server and runner struggled to pass out food and drinks to the correct people which is just not something I’ve experienced at a Cameron Mitchell restaurant before. The food was just ok and also not as well prepared as the downtown location. Overall everything was just ok but probably won’t return to this location.

   The food was great but I asked at least 4x for gluten free bread to be brought to the table & it never came. One of the reasons I chose Marcella’s for my bday dinner was because I wanted to eat/enjoy bread with my friends before our meal & as I said, it never came. I asked her for it when she brought our waters over - the first time. Asked again when we put in our drink orders, again at our food orders AND when our food was brought out. I know it sounds silly but I was super sad about it. Otherwise, the food was great.

    This was my first time coming to Marcella’s and it will be my last. The ambience is drab, loud, and packed in. The service was the only shining part of the evening. The waiter was amazing and friendly. We ordered dinner and the food that was “like a religion as it is so good” came out in literally 4 minutes. I got the chicken parm and I think IHOP could plate better and make it look more appealing. The chicken was chewy and bland. The Alfredo side was made with spaghetti noodles and watery. The bread was a step below Kroger. My daughter got penne Alfredo noodles and even she thought out jar sauce at home was better. Olive Garden and Sbarro at the mall are better bets.
