We were at Chateau Elan celebrating our anniversary and decided on dinner at the Marc. We were sat in very back of restaurant near the exit and so not a very romantic spot. Food was good but not phenomenal. Steaks were cooked well but potatoes very dry and mushrooms meh. We were half way done with dinner before our wine arrived so we took our bottle with us along with dessert. My partner did not have a place setting so he waited for our server to start eating - eventually we gave up and I found a set on a nearby table. We expected more for an almost $500 meal.

Great experience! Service was amazing! Matthew deserves 10+ stars. Fried green tomatoes are a must!

My husband and I had a reservation for our anniversary dinner. We were greeted promptly. The hostess was pleasant and professional. Our server was attentive and polite. Our dinner was delicious, we both had steak and shared mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and colored greens. Overall we had an enjoyable experience. The only negatives had to do with the design of the restaurant and the condition of the restrooms. The restaurant is connected to the lobby of the building with an open concept layout. Unfortunately, this causes a lot of noise as crowds of people gather in the lobby area. We were seated toward the back of the restaurant, which helped decrease the noise level. The bathrooms were dirty and paper towels and toilet paper were on the floor. The noise level and bathroom conditions were not on par with an upscale dining experience.

Horrible meal! I ordered a $54 New York strip & that is definitely not what I received. The steak I got was thin, not even seared on the outside & was so fatty & tough it was almost inedible. I had to cut away so much of the fat that I barely ate half of what remained. I showed the waiter & instead of comping my meal, I got a 30% discount on a terrible steak. No way should they be serving such inferior cuts of meat. Chateau Elan is a great place but we will definitely NOT return to Marc. A total ripoff!!

Way to expensive for what it is. They charged me $27 for a dirty martini that is insane. They charged me $4 for olives in my dirty martini and $3 for it to be in a martini glass. It was absolutely ridiculous.

I took my wife Erika here for her birthday and she loved it. The food was great and the setting was very nice.our waiter was wonderful as well. The only thing that would have been better was to have had a little more space between us and the customers beside our table, but other than that we had a good experience.

Was told due to supply chain no chicken and salmon were not on menu Oct 18 at 1:15 pm when we had reservations!!!! I called to check and modify reservation for 7 people. We ordered anyway and noticed we didn’t get steak fries with our meal, even though it was on menu with what we ordered. I asked about it and was told if you want steak fries go to Paddy’s. Just rude. Not a good experience, used to be good there.
