We had a great time. Very enjoyable dinner with friends. Our waiter was very helpful and took good care of us. The owner/manager were wonderful and really made us feel appreciated. Great food.

This was my second time at Mapo Jeong and it did not disappoint. The new menu had some many great options is was hard to decide. We had the Pad Thai, Tuna Poke Tower, & Bulgogi Bibimbap. The drinks were also tasty and reasonably priced. We have decided to make this our go to place for Pad Thai & Korean BBQ. Please go try this great restaurant.

First time and definitely won’t be our last. Food, drinks and service was amazing. We arrived at 7:30pm and they did not rush us at all. We did the Korean BBQ grill option and the older Korean lady even cooked our meat along with going to all the other tables to cooks theirs also, she’s the sweetest ever! Our party definitely enjoyed dinner and we felt very relaxed and at home.

This was probably one of the best nights I've had in a long time and it all started with this amazing restaurant. I had the pad Thai which comes with shrimp and chicken. It is by far the best pad Thai I've ever had I wanted to lick my plate lol. My espresso martini was so delicious. The service was amazing Carly was our server and she was so attentive and we had great conversation with her. The owner mama an was so sweet and wonderful the way she took care of us and the great conversation was just so genuine. She also was a match maker she was so much fun. The place was also so beautiful with all the plants every where. The prices were very reasonable too especially with prices being so high. We are definitely going back soon.

It had been a while since we were last at Mapojeong, so we were surprised by the changes to the interior configuration of the KBBQ tables and the menu changes. It was super loud in the alcove with the KBBQ tables so we sat at a booth on the other side of the restaurant. Current menu is more pan Asian than Korean focused. Prices are more moderate too. We stayed with the Korean options - had two sizzle plates (think fajitas in lettuce wraps), bulgolgi bibimbap, scallion pancakes and pot stickers. The food was all very good. The restaurant wasn’t that busy and servers seemed distracted - took a while to get anyone to take drink orders, appetizers came out after mains and had clearly been sitting for a while, which was disappointing. It was hard to catch anyone’s eye when we wanted to order more food or drinks. Ken’s mom was there, attentive and lovely as always. She makes the place.
