We have been here 3 times. Each time the food sucks unfortunately. We chose Maple room because it's the only place open near the Casino late at night, but save your money. It's unfortunate that the food sucks because the atmosphere is quiet, nice & the live solo artist makes it enjoyable. That's the only thing maple room has going for it.

Waitress never comeback to ask if it’s ok or need something else. We ask medium ours steak and the 2 plate was well done. Difficult to cut the steak with the khife she give me. To expensive for what i have.

This was a mixed experience for us at the "Fine Dining" restaurant. Greeted and seated promptly. Our server was wonderful and took care of drink, app and main orders in a timely fashion. The drinks and apps were all wonderful. My Mussels were plentiful and nicely done and presented. Other app, the scallops and a salad were also very good. 2 out of the three mains were also very well received. However, my "On the rare side of medium rare" NY Strip steak was presented "Well Done" without a sign of any color in the steak. When the server checked on us, she apologized and took it back for a replacement. About 10 minutes later (others at the table had finished their mains by this time) another steak was resented. I cut it open while the server was still there and, guess what? This steak was "Medium Well" with no sign of a nice warm red center. Server apologized once again and took it away. A short time later the manager came by to apologized and the cook's errors and promised to take the $49 charge off our check. Coffee and deserts were also offered as a complimentary gesture. With the exception of the steak, our experience was a good one. Our server was wonderful and the piano man in the background was very good. Our visit was a disappointment but not completely ruined at any level. But a cook being unable to produce a "Medium Rare" cut of beef should be a concern for anyone. Especially at the restaurant like this one.

The lobster brisque was not good. I asked the waiter and she stated it also had some kind of chowder in it. She didn't tell me it was a mixture when I ordered. The wife ordered onion soup which she did not care for because of all the ingredients. Too little broth and way too many onions. The waiter keep forgetting items like butter, hot towels and not very sure of herself. She was very pleasant. The wife enjoyed her meal but mine was ok. I'm not really sure what I was expecting I guess.

The restaurant itself was lovely. I found the service a bit rushed; the waitress wanted to take our order the minute we sat down. We would have liked to enjoy our before-dinner drink, but the appetizers arrived immediately, and the meals the minute we put down our cutlery. The steaks were good, but I found the lobster tail very small, for $ 24.00. Overall, the dinner was satisfactory.

I ordered an espressotini that was not made correctly. The drink came in a martini glass which is great, but it had lots of ice and should’ve been a “straight up” beverage (meaning the drink should’ve been shaken with ice, but no ice in the martini glass). The drink also had at least 10 espresso beans floating at the top- this drink should only have 3 beans if any at all. Also, I ordered a 9 oz filet- only half of it was tender. The other half was very tuff and hard to cut with a steak knife.
