Everything was outstanding. Amazing service, food was wonderful. Ambiance was great. Restaurant was quite loud though if you're looking for a quiet place, this isn't it.

The experience was amazing. Our waiter started us out with a complimentary prickly pear martini and it just got better from there! The food and service can't be beat. A must for dining in Scottsdale.

This experience is truly unmatched. The way that Maple & Ash personalizes the menu for special occasions is so special. The service is great, and the staff are super friendly. We did the IDGAF menu for my fiancée’s 24th birthday, and while it does seem pricey, it was well worth it! The experience and amount of food that you get is insane! Plus you don’t have the stress of choosing something from the menu, the chef curates the dinner experience for you. This was our first dinner experience here, we typically come for brunch (which is also AMAZING), but we were blown away.

I have been to Maple & Ash twice in the last few months--once as a guest, once as the host, both times for business purposes. Compared to the quality of the food in 2022-2023, the food during these last two visits was poor enough across the board that Maple & Ash should begin to be shy about offering to pair with the food wines that cost more than $150-200 per bottle. The more expensive wines need good food to match, which apparently no longer exists at Maple & Ash.

This is our fourth evening at Maple & Ash and we won’t be back. The food was average, the service was slow and the atmosphere was disgusting. Our booth seats were covered in food upon arriving. I don’t have the words for the disgusting atmosphere. If you are visiting from a major foodie city you will be disappointed.

My absolute favorite restaurant in the valley! The service, the food, the atmosphere, the quality is always consistently above and beyond. We celebrated our engagement and we were greeted with champagne, then served caviar and a prickly pear martini on the house. Truly the best experience every time!

It took 45 mins to get water and an hour and a half before food. They also left off part of one entre that we had to get to go. Very poor experience.
