Always a great experience at Waterloo. I always order the salmon rice bowl and it's always on point. I may try the steak next!

The people were nice but the food and ambiance were just okay. We were the only people there at 7pm.

The staff are great the hospitality at Waterloo is amazing!!Let me not forget the ambiance. Great place for couples, corporate dinners. Our waitress Juliana was very nice and mild mannered. I tried their Conch Linguin, the variety of Ceaser salads and deserts (cheese cake in particular for me) is delicious You wont be disappointed.

We had a great time here for dinner recently. Our waiter Joe was great and the service was amazing. The food was also delicious I’d recommend the wings

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and we just bumped into one of the best restaurants in Nassau!! Dining under the stars with a romantic ambiance & good food was a unique experience. We’ve tried many upscale restaurants but this one is a hidden gem! Our server Camy is super friendly and accommodating. The food was top notch! The service was excellent!! Will surely come back soon with our friends! 🤩🫶🏼 Thank you for this memorable celebration 🍾 🥳

Fantastic dinner. We found this restaurant online and while it was new , we decided to try given the menu options. The food was delicious, the service awesome. Lorenzo took excellent care of our party of four. We dined poolside. Beautiful experience. Highly recommend. Paul ( the owner/manager) is also a great person.

Entering we was greeted by the hostess in such a beautiful manner, she then took my date and I into the a very elegant restaurant. The server was on point with her introduction of the menu and signature cocktails. We decided to get the valentine special which was top sirloin steak with shrimp herb roasted potato and steam broccoli I would go there again

I had an incredible experience at The New Loo! The establishment took an innovative approach to a traditional concept, preserving what worked and introducing enhancements where needed. The atmosphere exuded elegance and sophistication, with a mature and sleek vibe that resonated throughout the space. The food was nothing short of perfection, with every dish bursting with flavor and exquisitely presented. However, the standout feature of The New Loo was the exceptional service and staff. Nakeitha, Sabrina, G the bartender, Elly, and Lorenzo demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism and attentiveness, making us feel valued and appreciated. We celebrated my wife's birthday with a fantastic dinner, and the experience was complete with a visit to the dance floor. The icing on the cake was undoubtedly the outstanding staff, who went above and beyond to make our evening unforgettable. I highly recommend The New Loo for anyone seeking a unique and unparalleled dining experience.
