Was lovely and atmosphere was great but wasn’t too happy with the mandatory service charge after already spending £100 on 2x bottomless brunches.

Overall enjoyed our experience. There was a lot of food and I enjoyed the food. Unfortunately there was no DJ which was advertised, this was quite disappointing as it was the main reason we decided to book this brunch as it was advertised as a R&B day with a DJ, when actually there was just a playlist playing in the background . No one apologised or explained this and we were still charged full price. The service started off well but went downhill and we found our selves waiting for and having to repeatedly ask for another drink on occasions. Overall the staff were friendly apart from one waitress which we found to be quite rude and seemed to be quite put out when we had to ask for more drinks and also when the bill was wrong at the end and we asked for changes to be made. no service charge was added to the receipt but the waitress asked us to pay this.

Tamara, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do apologise that there was no DJ available. Due to personal issues, the DJ was unfortunately unable to attend. There was no surcharge for this and the price was exactly the same as a normal brunch. We did provide a variety of complimentary table decorations and props. We tried our best to rectify the situation and provide an upbeat atmosphere. I am sorry that drink service was a little slower at some parts and we have made adjustments to improve this. Food was lovely as always and plentiful. All the drinks were great apart from the prosecco which was flat and warm which was a shame as the last time we came the prosecco was lovely. The atmosphere was great for birthday celebrations and I will return.

The best bottomless brunch I’ve ever been on. The food was amazing, the drinks seemed never ending and the service was incredible.

Very poor. Basically a plate of starters, followed by a tub of rice with few bits of crispy beef. That poor we gave the staff our details and refused to pay. The manager called the police! Never again.

Ned, I can't believe you have the audacity to leave feedback. Your behaviour was disgusting & left many of the female staff extremely intimated by your actions. You booked in for Bottomless Brunch and for some reason thought it was bottomless food & drink. After being told that it didn't include unlimited food, your behaviour turned abusive. We pointed out the multiple posters, chalkboards & menus that clearly state this, along with details on the website & booking platform but you still argued and blatantly refused to pay. The police were called as your behaviour was unacceptable and the fact you refused to pay. You continued to harass staff and cause a scene. Once you knew police were coming you then changed your tune to part payment and to take you to court as it was a civil matter.

To be honest I was left feeling disappointed by man's market. We booked a table for 6 people and were told that's how we would be able to access the rush hour deal. Sadly a colleague couldn't attend last minute but we were charged £10 because the table booking wasn't complete. When we sat at the table anyone was able to access the rush hour deal, so there was no need to book. The salt and pepper crispy beef was very good but the rest of the food was OK. The table staff were very nice but our initial server seemed put out that they had to explain the ordering process. I was left feeling underwhelmed because I had been wanting to go to the restaurant for a while. I'm glad I went but probably won't go back.

Aimee, Thank you for your feedback. I am disappointed to read your experience didn't meet your expectations. Our policy is that all bookings between 3-6:30pm would be offered the Rush Hour offer. Non bookings would not be entitled to it. I shall pass your comments regarding the food onto the kitchen & can only apologise that all your dishes, except the s & p crispy beef, failed to meet your approval With regards to the £10 charge, this is stated in the terms of your booking that you agree to. If advance warning had been given then we can waived it but if no warning is given then unfortunately a charge is applied. We do this instead of requesting a £10 deposit per person but based of the same principle. If you pay a deposit anywhere else and don't attend then you would lose that deposit.

Great food great setting. Didn’t get prawn crackers at the start of the meal but it didn’t matter because the food came extremely quick
