The satay chicken was very dry and the bbq ribs wasn’t very nice at all. I old of been better of the food came together instead of very staggered so couldn’t really fill a plate to eat a meal in one

Thank for your feedback on the food you received. I will pass these onto the kitchen. Dishes are served as and when ready but aim but aim to send food together when we can. Should you want certain dishes as a starter or to come first then just let us know when ordering and we will organise. Service protocol is explained on the feed me cards. The restaurant was super accommodating to my changes of plan (twice!) Both my friend and I enjoyed the boozy brunch experience and the food was great. Looking forward to coming back.

Had a great meal for our Anniversary. The staff put candles and petals on our table and a complimentary glass of fizz each. Food was gorgeous and great buzzy atmosphere. Well done

Poor service from manager ? He needs to improve his customer service

Darren, Thank you for review, We are unsure why it was 'poor service from manager' You only had one interaction with him. You had booked in for 5ppl on a busy Saturday and turned up with only 4 guests and did not inform up on the change to the booking. We had turned away larger tables as we did not have any spare big tables. As per terms that you agreed to, a £10 late cancellation may be applied. Had you advised in advance then we could have re-allocated to a table for 4ppl. We are glad you enjoyed your food and appreciated the ambience! Regards, Mans Market

We had booked the restaurant for my sons 16th birthday. On arrival we had to wait 15mins for our table, tried to order a drink at the bar but was ignored. Got seated at a tiny table for 4 of us. The restaurant was extremely loud to the point we couldn't even speak to each other. The food came quickly and was very tasty. We had ordered a few of the tapas dishes but they couldn't bring them all out at once as they couldn't fit on our table. The atmosphere in the restaurant was awful and full of drunks. After only 10mins of half of our food arriving my son wanted to leave. We asked for containers for our food to take home but the staff seemed to be in that much of a hurry to clear our table they took some of our untouched food and cleared it away. After I told one of the waitresses she just shrugged her shoulders. Our last plate if food arrived as we were leaving. Unfortunately my sons birhtday meal was ruined and I paid £108 for the pleasure. Won't ever be returning

Sarah, We find your review rather strange. You arrived early for your 6:30pm booking and asked to wait at the bar. At 6:31pm, you were seated. The table you were sat at was for 4 people! We apologise if the atmosphere was a little upbeat for you but we do promote this on the terms you agree to on booking as we hold our Bottomless Brunch. When you arrived we were full so restaurant can feel loud and busy. It is not full of drunks but groups of guests enjoying themselves. We have viewed CCTV and staff only cleared plates once you had finished tubbing up. It does appear that your expectations were different to reality and feel this may have caused you to exaggerate your review. If you email us and we would be happy to discuss further We are glad you enjoyed your food though!
