I arrived late because I didn't know where I was or how to find parking, so I called to let them know I was going to be late. We were seated right away. The front half of the restaurant was quiet, but the back part was busy. We were seated at 9:30 PM and had to ask for services at 9:50 as no server approached us. We only had enough time to have some drinks....thanks to the bartender for trying to serve us when it wasn't their job. It was disappointing not to have dinner before our experience. I was looking forward to having Brie and Nachos. Very frustrating to only be served 3 drinks in 75 minutes. NO SERVER SERVED US OR OFFERED US FOOD. NO FOOD PHOTOS TO SHARE.

We went to Escape Manor to celebrate our son’s birthday and Father’s Day. We participated in the Illusionist’s room - which we escaped as well as ate a fabulous dinner there afterwards. Everything was spectacular. I’d highly recommend eating at Escape manor lounge as well as participating in one of their experiences.

We booked the escape room online and decided to go for dinner ahead of our reservation. We thought why not go to their restaurant as well! One stop shop. Unfortunately the dining experience was terrible. We had a wonderful server however the food was awful. We ordered the baked brie which was delicious, the pretzels which were ok and the spinach dip which was average. We all ordered mains and they took a very long time. I ordered the salmon poke bowl and did not like it at all, the server was kind enough to offer me something else and take it off the bill. The worst part about the whole thing is we waited for mains for along time and 10 minutes before we had to be in our escape room the last dish arrived at the table. One of the guests at the table ordered the Rosemary Focaccia Sandwich and it was UNDERCOOKED and RAW. The server was mortified and also took this off the bill. However if that was me I would have comp'd the entire bill for the meal. NOT ok to serve raw chicken. We enjoyed our escape room but had an unfortunate dining experience beforehand.

Owner and staff are incredible here, unfortunately during even things get a little overly busy and things were askew but they did the best to fix things for us.

The food was very tasty and not at all expensive. Even though it was not busy, service was extremely slow. We ordered fries as an appetizer but the server forgot to bring them. Maybe it was just an off night. We will go again.

We held my daughter’s 14th birthday party there. They had a fantastic time. They ate a great brunch, solved an escape room, had cake and played various free boardgames and card games. The staff went out of their way to make surethat everything went off without a hitch. And the music and atmosphere were great!

The vibe , the food and the crowd was all amazing just our server just felt out of place , kept forgetting to come to our table , didn’t remember if the order was placed or not and didn’t check if the food was ready at the kitchen. I do understand it did get busy later on but still so slow even for a busy night.

Probably the worst brunch experience I ever had the put a damper on our Mother's Day celebration. Food took 45 minutes to come out, and two out of four orders were wrong. Even then they all came out at different times and nobody ate together. Had to eat the food I didn't order cold because I couldn't wait any longer. Charged us for the food they forgot to bring. Some food wasn't as advertised. Management didn't not bother to apologize or even offer any discount or remedies for the disaster of a sitting. Speaks a lot to the values of the restaurant. Dine at your own risk.

We absolutely loved the Manor Lounge! It was our first time visiting. We went for brunch with some friends and it was fantastic! Beautiful space, delicious food, reasonable prices, could not have asked for more.

Only thing is that we would have liked to see the waiter a bit more often and our food was quite slow to come. But overall the experience was excellent.
