Manor Hill Tavern occupies the historic Taylor’s Row in Old Ellicott City. Our bar and dining areas feature original architectural elements such as exposed stone walls, barn doors, and vaulted ceilings. Local artwork hangs throughout the Tavern’s many rooms and a mural adorns a main wall, a nod to the eclectic and vibrant artistic community of Old Ellicott City. The result is a unique and memorable atmosphere unlike any other.

Our Head Chef strives to use seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible, including herbs and vegetables from our farm. Our distinctive menu is highlighted by a custom-built brick oven for neopolitan-style pizzas and more. We serve lunch and dinner 7 days a week, as well as brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

We proudly serve beers from Manor Hill Brewing, Howard County’s first farm brewery. Manor Hill beers are hand-made on our farm using original and unique recipes. The result is aromatic, hop forward farmhouse style beers.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Manor Hill Tavern. The margherita flatbread pizza and the strawberry goat cheese salad were very tasty. We happened to be there during Happy Hour so we took advantage of the drink specials. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent service. Good beer selection. Our food choices, chopped italian pita and birds the word chicken sandwich, were just ok. The marguerita piizza, however, was excellent.

The crab cake was bland and did not taste like it was made in Maryland. I would not recommend it.

The service was outstanding, checking on our table several times during the meal. My friend did comment that she preferred a little less interruption, but I did not mind. The food we ordered was delicious: cesar salad with fried chicken and smash burger with fries. The fried chicken was a highlight for me. The spicy hot margarita was delicious.

The food was great, we were there on half price pizza night so also a great value. Pizza was great as were the wings and cocktail. It was a little cold where we were sitting, bring a jacket or sweater.
