Combinant une atmosphère décontractée avec une cuisine contemporaine du Sud à base de produits frais, le Mandoline apporte une bouffée d'air frais à la scène culinaire de Raleigh. Les menus de saison du Mandoline sont créés avec des ingrédients locaux de haute qualité pour satisfaire tous les palais. La nourriture est servie dans une ambiance chaleureuse et détendue, où le côté guindé des repas gastronomiques est remplacé par le charme du Sud. Le menu et l'ambiance reflètent le caractère de Raleigh, un mélange de rustique et de raffiné, de contemporain et de traditionnel, de rural et de métropolitain. Tout comme la « ville des chênes », le Mandoline est profondément attaché à ses racines du Sud, mais tire son inspiration des quatre coins du monde. The restaurant was lively but not too loud. You can tell people were having a great time gathering. The service was phenomenal. The food was absolutely fantastic.

Overall, the food and service were good. However, I was quite disappointed with the panzanella salad—it was small and underwhelming. I wish I had ordered something else. Otherwise, it was a decent experience

The food was delicious--you could tell the ingredients were excellent and the use of them showed expertise. Our server was friendly, attentive, and cordial. The wait time between first course and entree was a bit long but we were with friends so the time passed easily. This was our first visit and we will definitely return.

Mandolin is a delectable spot. The menu isn’t big but what they do they do really well. We only eat fish and they have just one- but it was great. We’ll definitely go back soon.

5 stars just isn’t enough! The PERFECT evening! We walked into a warm greeting, a cozy and curated dining space, and the most delicious meal we’ve had in ages. The cherry on top was our WONDERFUL server Tori. She’s the server that you hope you’ll get when you’re out for a special evening, an intimate meal with friends, or celebrating with coworkers. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
