Combinant une atmosphère décontractée avec une cuisine contemporaine du Sud à base de produits frais, le Mandoline apporte une bouffée d'air frais à la scène culinaire de Raleigh. Les menus de saison du Mandoline sont créés avec des ingrédients locaux de haute qualité pour satisfaire tous les palais. La nourriture est servie dans une ambiance chaleureuse et détendue, où le côté guindé des repas gastronomiques est remplacé par le charme du Sud. Le menu et l'ambiance reflètent le caractère de Raleigh, un mélange de rustique et de raffiné, de contemporain et de traditionnel, de rural et de métropolitain. Tout comme la « ville des chênes », le Mandoline est profondément attaché à ses racines du Sud, mais tire son inspiration des quatre coins du monde. We enjoyed our dinner with friends very much. Food was good, not spectacular. My dish wasn’t prepared properly but they took it off our bill. Very nice restaurant and one we’ll try again in the future.

Awesome first experience! My husband found this restaurant via Internet search. I had no idea where this place was in Raleigh nor have I ever been there. I was immediately floored by the environment. My overall experience was amazing and I highly recommend this restaurant . Whether it’s just for evening dinner or special occasion it was magnificent.

Great, friendly servers, delicious food - lemonade made to order (tart/sweet). Love that Mandolin is now open for lunch!

Mandolin has very good food and very tasty wines. Unfortunately, the level of noise in the main room is unbearable. Almost impossible to have a conversation. Some work on isolating the ceiling and advice from experts on how to mitigate noise when restaurant is full would really benefit the restaurant and get more clientele back. GB

Food was really good. Quality ingredients prepared well. Server was excellent - struck the right balance of being nearby when we needed something but not in our faces. Wasn't rushed at all.

Walking in to the restaurant you are welcomed with a waft of smokey smell. That seems to be left from lunch, which makes me want to go there for lunch next! The food was excellent, service was terrific, but I wish it was just a bit quieter - the noise level made it a bit hard to have a conversation. This is a gem in the neighborhood and I will certainly be going back there for many more meals!

It's been a while since I had dinner at Mandolin, and last night blew me away. Our food was so good, one of the best meals out I have had recently. We started with some sweet oh so fresh oysters followed by creamy leek soup that was hot and so full of flavor. For mains, we had the steak and lamb, both prepared to perfection. Also loved the new decor, which is understated elegance at its best. Our server was so attentive without being intrusive, not an easy balance in the restaurant industry. Congratulations, Mandolin, you nailed it, absolutely 💯 perfection.

The food here was vIery unique. The use of fresh vegetables paired with the meat was just terrific. I will be coming back here.

Lunch was excellent - food tasted good - service great and there was a promotion on with 15% off any entree. A pleasant experience.
