We sat in the bar and our bartender Jorge was great! He had awesome suggestions for appetizers and entrees! Very personable guy! The shrimp / scallop scampi is delicious!! All around great experience and we'll be back!!

We aren't eating large portions anymore so we elected to have appetizers for entrees. I chose the delicious meatballs with risotto and a burrata cheese salad. My wife chose a dinner salad and stuffed mushrooms. All were delicious and filling. Surprised by the lack of tomatoes (3 sliced grape tomatoes only looking as garnish) with the burrata salad with limited greens. Our server was also surprised when I mentioned it and brought me several more sliced grape tomatoes. I have this salad at several other places and the dish always has plenty of tomatoes so this was the best. The meatballs and risotto as well as the stuffed mushrooms were terrific. We also ordered 2 decaf coffees and were a little taken back at $9.50 per. That's higher than Starbucks. Coffee was good but not for that price. Also had a Michelob Ultra which was $7.00 and that was normal. Our server also discovered we were going to the Phoenix Symphony afterward and said there was a symphony discount which also was a surprise. Still our 2 appetizers and salad, decaf coffees and my Ultra brought the bill to $75 w/o a gratuity. Without the symphony discount the check would have been around $90! That's a little high for what we had. The food was very good but a little pricey!

Overall experience was very good. One drawback was the pork chop, a very hearty portion, but overly salted which overpowered the overall taste.

We quite honestly were stunned by the price of the grilled veal chop/shank special, $76!!! I guess it was our bad for not asking, but considering my husband had first ordered the linguini & clams for $29, but switched when our server shared "tonight's specials," I feel our server should have shared the price, especially since I had already declined David's recommendation for a $90 bottle of wine. We ended up choosing a less expensive $52 bottle of merlot. Sadly, your pricing blew our dining out budget for the month! I strongly suggest you train your waitstaff to share the prices for your specials! Having said that, the meal was very delicious!

Service was excellent and our group of 10 enjoyed all of the dishes. The pork chop and cannelloni were favorites. We will come back.

This is our go-to pre show restaurant and it never disappoints. Nice variety of classic Italian fare and meats and wines by the glass.

Large portions. We shared the Caesar salad - it was good. My husband liked his lasagna. My rigatoni bolognese was good - but it was more saucy than meaty. Not sure if they have a wine cellar - but our wine was warm.
